This platform is a SCAM. There is no way these 4-5 star reviews are real. I got charged $200 to my business account without ever knowingly signing up for anything. They refuse to issue a refund and told me to take it up with my bank. Absolute SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

I only give 3 stars because they'll pay you when its time to get paid. Everything else is a hassle.

When you want to talk to support you get a a.i bot that's spits out information not even relative to what you're talking about. Then when you purchase double leverage, 99% of the time you have to contact customer support and wait hours to get the problem fixed. Then when you trade, the slippage is CRAZY . you can pull a 600 trade and they'll give you $300-$400, 400 if you're lucky , lol. I've traded with them for months but my patience is running short. They really need to tighten up their platform, im not sure how they have a 4 star rating.

Best prop firm I have tried so far. The platform UI is great, easy to use, payout came very quickly once accepted.

My first experience with Tradeify was signing up and I missed putting the promo code in and accidentally paid full price. I sent a note through the chat and got an automated message that my ticket was created and someone would follow up on Monday via email. Even though it was after hours (weekend) someone replied and in less 15 hours I received the refund for the difference.

Tradeify :
At 09:38:36 ET, you traded MGCM6 – the June 2026 Micro Gold contract. That contract is very close to its expiration date. You should have been trading the active front‑month contract, which is MGCQ6 (Micro Gold, August 2026).
When a futures contract is about to expire, liquidity moves away from it and over to the next active contract. The order book for MGCM6 becomes very thin. When you entered your market order, the platform had to fill it against whatever orders were available, which caused a massive and immediate negative swing in your open equity. Your account dropped below the $49,796.02 floor and the system auto‑liquidated your position. The breach is valid.

After many exchanges with support, they have reset my account for goodwill.

Extremely Recommend Tradeify which is best prop-firms, they have a vast vision to connect millions of traders also their payout is good, and I really liked and enjoyed their Tradeify Grand Cup Competition which was a fantastic idea for the traders. I wish I could see such a tournament from Tradeify every year.

Very nice support

I had some technical issues with my accounts after payout was approved, and the system defaulted to payout denied. I reached out the team, and they quickly identified the issue and helped me to resolve it. And they processed the payout on the same day.

I am new to Tradeify but I like that they have clear rules, unlike other prop firms. Daily payouts was an incredible discovery, and I can testify that they actually do payout!
