Very disappointing experience with Tradeify. My account situation became frustrating after they removed/deleted my email access from the website, and I was suddenly unable to properly manage my account. I tried contacting support, but the response was not helpful enough and the whole process felt unprofessional.
For a prop firm handling traders’ accounts and money-related services, communication and account security should be much better. Instead, I was left confused and stressed without clear explanations.
I understand firms need rules, but users also deserve proper support and transparency. Based on my experience, I personally cannot recommend Tradeify.

Poor customer support. This company allowed me to register with them multiple times, only to then block my accounts, but they haven't refunded my money.

I had my first encounter with Tradeify support due to a terrible mistake I made when placing order with their 50k Select evaluation account. I had forgotten to enter the 40% discount code resulting in paying $66 more than the discounted price. I wrote to them requesting for refund of 40% of the evaluation fee I paid. Despite opening a ticket at odd hours at night, I got immediate response assuring me that the issue was being looked into and will respond a reply the next morning. To my surprise the reply came earlier than I expected. I am so impressed with the speedy action and support by Sinesh. I received my refund almost immediately. I will definitely going to buy a few more evaluation accounts from Tradeify.
