THEY PUT MANY PRODUCTS UP FOR SALE WITHOUT HAVING THEM IN STOCK AND NEVER DELIVER THEM

I bought a pair of pants from this website 18 days ago and they still haven't arrived. Some things you buy from China arrive in less time..

Checking the status of my order on the website shows no news..

Only now have I seen other buyer comments strongly advising against buying anything that isn't in their stock. I'm very frustrated and feel disrespected by the way they respond to emails and messages asking for an explanation. The only suggestion they give in their replies is that I cancel the order, after waiting all this time.

The customer canceling the order exempts the company from responsibility. Something they never assumed. Responsibility. 12 days late today! I even said I could wait if they gave me a new delivery date, if they gave me a discount coupon or free shipping on a future purchase. I was categorically ignored and again, through an automated message, they suggest I cancel the order.

Terrible service and customer support!

Blames clients when clearly the product is of poor quality

After less than one week of use a hole was torn on a shoe, the socks now shows through the hole (left side big toe)

This is clearly a poorly manufactured shoe, the design is not made for normal wear and tear if a hole presents inside one week of use. The shoes are hardly even dirty but still there is a hole.

Tradeinn does not accept the claim and puts blame on my sons usage of the shoe - come on! 6 days of use and there is a hole - how can you disregard that this is clearly a manufacturing issue. Very poorly handled!

Frequent buyer

I was buying frequently with this company, and I can say that they have great prices usually, somewhat friendly web purchasing experience, but most importantly I will advice checking if the items are available or in stock. I strongly suggest you don’t buy “available” items as you may wait for 2 months offseason to receive it. Delivery is super slow usually if it goes through postNL. Otherwise you may have some luck

I still haven recived refund after 2 months

I usually didn't have issue with Tradeinn so far but 2 months ago on 3rd of February I ordered 2 items (Order: 66160522, LX032646705NL)then i waited over week to one of them arrives to their warehouse and package got shipped finally. Then for some reason it got sent through Netherlands and NL Post which resulted in them " X-raying" and flagging package for some reason and it was set to be retruned but it didn't and on site it said its moving foward. I assume package got lost because there was no updates since 23rd of February.

So then I emailed they assured me package is on the way and 2 weeks later I had days and days texting them that package is not arriving or going foward, after some time they changed it to we will investigate this and again took em over a week and constant emailing to say " Package is getting returned to warehouse when it arrive you will get refund". It's been 20 days since that and over 2 months since I and i still havent recived refund and they just claiming till package returns which package is clearly lost or something.

Order never delivered, no refund after 60+ days

I had a very disappointing experience with Tradeinn.

I placed order 66468903 on February 15. After multiple follow-ups, I was explicitly told on March 10, March 17, and again on March 26 that the parcel was undeliverable, being returned to sender, and that I would receive a refund.

Based on this, and after waiting over a month, I purchased replacement items elsewhere.

However, I was later given contradictory information that the parcel had been placed at a pickup location — despite never receiving any notification. I have never received or taken possession of the goods.

Over 60 days later, I still have not received a refund.

To make matters worse, I spent over CHF 50 trying to reach their phone support, where no meaningful assistance was provided.

At this point, I have escalated the issue through my bank and consumer protection channels.

This experience reflects serious issues in Tradeinn’s delivery, communication, and refund processes. I would strongly caution others before ordering.

Fraudulent behavior by carrier MailAmericas - Tax paid but item is being returned

I am extremely disappointed with Tradeinn. My order (Tracking: MAIL102511698TX) was held in Madrid. The carrier (MailAmericas) promised in writing that if I paid the 140.65 USD tax, the delivery would proceed normally.

I paid the tax via Pix (Invoice 27606996) on March 30th, but the tracking now shows the item is being returned to the sender (Undeliverable) and the carrier's support is giving me evasive answers. Tradeinn support says they "can't do anything," but they are responsible for the carrier they hire.

I have the proof of payment with the "PAID" stamp and the email promise. I want my boots delivered or a FULL REFUND of both the product and the tax I paid to your partner. This is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. Awful service and company.

Worst experience ever. Awful company and service. Please avoid it!
Ordered a duffel and it was shipped into an opened and ripped plastic bag. It was possible to see and touch the item from the outer. The poor packaging got the duffel badly ruined and damaged being a soft piece but, wouldn't be a surprise whether the item was stored already damaged in the warehouse. There wasn't any bubble wrap, air padding or other way to protection. Paid for shipping fee and the item was packed and delivered like rubbish.
They fool people with making extra money without provide an adequate service. They are unethical hiding bad reviews.

Customer service never willing to help and replying everytime with copy/paste messages and emails. Poor communication and nobody never took responsibility of a wrong doing and never cared about it. Opened a return claim but of course they didn't provide a solution. Everything is so unethical and awful.

Will never buy anything else by them and I'll strongly persuade others to don't use their services. Please be smart, dont be fooled!!

I tried to cancel the order after only 30 mins but they changed the status to preparing the shipment after 8 mins and refused to cancel the order

Waiting on a refund after 4 months

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I thought I was getting a good price on a diving BCD, even with the 55.00 shipping charge to the US. Then I got an email from UPS stating I had to pay another 124.00 fee having to do with customs or importing, something to that affect. I tried to contact the company which is nearly impossible. No phone number and no email. Only a contact form that if you are lucky you get a response in a few days. They also have an AI chatbot which was worthless. Just kept giving me the same answer to different questions. I told them in the contact form to just keep the item as it was still in Spain and hadn't shipped. They told me the only way to return would be to accept the package and then return. This would entail paying the import fee, the original shipping and the new shipping back. I would end up paying more to return it than I did to buy it. In their response they mentioned that the import fees were mentioned in their "terms and conditions" which of course I had to check off as read, like all websites. When I checked, it was there, but to have read the entire conditions would have taken hours, like on all websites. So, just a caution to anyone considering using this site. The prices might not be as good as they appear.

Customer service is horrendous.

I ordered ski goggles with more than ample time to receive them before my trip. Not only did they show up a week late, they took no responsibility for the delay, and when I asked them specific questions about a problem with the goggles, they gave me this canned response on multiple emails illustrating that they did not even read what I wrote. The customer service people seem to be completely incompetent, and there's no way to contact Management.

Additionally, their offices are in Spain, and if you have to return things from the US, that's an additional cost that the customer has to bear, and there is no toll-free number. This company's operational structure is crap.

Absolutely appalling customer service showing no interest or responsibility for parcel being delivered to someone else. Even parcelforce know they've delivered a signed for parcel inexplicably to the wrong address miles away and Tradeinn have said it's my responsibility to find it!

Terrible Experience – Order Never Arrived and No Refund Support

Terrible experience. I have been waiting nearly a month for my order to arrive, and the tracking information has not been updated for most of that time. It is quite clear that my parcel has likely been lost in transit.
Customer service has been unhelpful and keeps telling me to wait, without providing any real solution. They are also refusing to start the refund process unless I receive the product, which makes no sense given that the parcel is most likely lost.
I will be opening a refund claim with my credit card provider and will never buy from this company again.

Sent incorrect/wrong description item

Sent incorrect/worng description item, want me to pay for return.

So i bought a bike wheel. It is listed as a disc brake compatible wheel. Delivered.... not a disc brake wheel but a rim brake wheel. (Not tubeless compatible either)

Tried to contact customer service. Their form doesnt accept images properly kept crashing. They wouldnt initiate return without photos. So I emailed them to explain the problem with the photos. They replied to say send photos via the website.

After a week of tyring to send photos they come back and say that the product specialist has verified that they sent the correct items. No wonder the description is wrong, their bike specialist doesnt know the difference between a disc and rim brake.

Or there customer service have no idea how to read, reply or check against item descriptions.

I still have no return, I've emailed the CEO and the commercial director, no response. So I will just report them to the EU for failing to follow consumer laws, keep the wheel and charge back to my bank. I should not be monetarily punished for their unbridled stupidity, laziness and illegality.

For a company that isnt a scam they really have poor customer service. It's impressive.
