Great Price fast delivery

Price , delivery speed , quality of product ( 3 Star Euro Cylinder Dual Finish Keyed Alike Pair ) exactly as described straight forward like for like change. I am a personal customer and not a business so amazed at ease of ordering , delivery and fitting.

Do not use them

At all no communication with them, order needs to take up to 5 days, After 5 days I start chasing them.

Very very disappointed, strongly not recommending

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Ordered locks in a hurry for a dementia patient who needed carers to get access. 2 weeks later no locks. 3 weeks no locks. Chased multiple times. 4 weeks - of they were on the floor in the workshop.

No responses to emails before during or after my order.

Placed an order for some eurocylinders…

Placed an order for some eurocylinders on 6/4/24. Checked the order status on 16/4/24. Apparently they are picking the order. Items were in stock at the time of order.

I can order from Duffells or Aldridge before 7pm and receive the order the next day. I will
never use Tradelocks again

Ordered a lock

Ordered a lock. I then realised I selected wrong colour. This was Friday afternoon.

I Noticed that they take 72 hours to process orders. ( perfect I thought)
So I figured by emailing them right away to cancel order I shouldn’t have any problems.
Email sent Friday evening.

Strangely enough I get an email Monday afternoon that order has been shipped. ( wow that was fast)

Anyway, no chance in getting replies to my emails.

Customer service is awful they don’t reply to emails!

Refunded me eventually

Very poor customer service... Scammers

Ordered 3 replacement lock sets, 1st came quickly as expected.. then nothing. Billed for the 3 locks and money taken from PayPal. Tried to get in touch by email and phone, no further communication. Raised a PayPal dispute after trying to call office number, within 15 minutes order cancelled by email.. no refund as yet. PayPal stress to follow...Do Not Buy from these people!!!

goods not received. contacted after 11 days, no response. Never trust a company that does not show a phone number on their website.

Scam company keep away

I paid for and ordered an ebook, digital download from Tradelocks.co.uk. Once paid for they did not provide a link or any mechanism by which to download the e-book. They don't have a phone number to call. I contacted the support email and received no response. I did not receive the product. Since I paid via Paypal, I opened a case on the payment, after which I received an email from Tradelocks stating the order had been cancelled. They have not refunded the purchase and I am still chasing it. Very scammy company, keep away from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a basic lock that never showed up. Rang countless times and was told someone would ring me back-never happened. Still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company

New with Trade Locks, placed order two weeks ago, nothing, tried to contact via email nothing back, few days ago gave them a ring, and nothing again , just discussed service , will start refund action through PayPal.

Please read carefully !

I was very happy about all the purchases I made but I am a little surprised it has taken eight years or so to ask for my opinion ! I last purchased something from you around 2015 or 2016 ! It is now 2023 ! So why does your date of experience state 05/11/2023 I am too old to celebrate bonfire night and the date is well past the twelve o'clock rule for it to be an April fool ! So I can not confirm this review is based on a real experience !

Good prices and products!

I ordered a backset lock from Tradelocks, as their prices were much lower than anywhere else. I was not disappointed, despite there being some negative reviews. It came within two days and was a perfect replacement.
Very pleased with the prices and prompt delivery!
Would definitely use again!

The most terrible service I have experienced

The most terrible service I have experienced, I ordered a 3* euro cylinder as a last chance to buy, paid via paypal and then heard nothing. I contacted the company via email and was then asked for the order number and told it was in picking. Left it a few days and contacted them again after hearing nothing, only to be asked by the same person for the order number again (all on email thread). I then phoned and spoke to another operative who sounded confused at the order and then told me all parts were not in stock. All this over a week long period. I asked for a refund and as of yet I am stiil waiting! Went to locks direct, got what I needed within 24 hours. I have seen some of the 5 star reviews on here regarding trade locks, It's only a shame the lowest I can give is 1*.
