Hello all I'm writing this message to alert everyone please DO NOT USE this website. I just figured out today that my older brother went though this site for his trademark and I made him send me all the so called receipts and so called docs he supposedly signed for his brand. I remember when he told me on June 18th of 2025 he paid $2,000 in grand total for his trademark and I couldn't understand why everytime I asked him about it he said someone from this fake organization would tell him 'ITS IN PROCESS". So today I did some digging and was blown away!!!! If you look at there website and scroll down to the bottom of the page, their address that they state is a real address but their business is not in that building.!!!!!! RED FLAGS....their are doctors and orthodontist's and a tattoo shop in a union square plaza. I am warning everyone do not use this website at all you will be scammed and don't fall victim like my brother did.

Starting to become concerned...

Filed a trademark application through them one year ago, contacted them for an update and realized the login info I was provided goes to a staff email, making it unusable by me to check on my trademark status. The original "case manager" assigned to me is no longer employed there and no one informed me or "reassigned" another point of contact.

I called two weeks ago and was told I'd be contacted with an update and login credentials in three business days... no call, no email response, no answer when I try to call.

The business team made easing and refs somewhat easy considering that I have a self directed 401K and had a taxable income in two different states due to move at the end of last year. They knew all the deductions and were in full compliance. Their advice really made us maximize our returns and avoid mistakes.

The monitoring service from Trademark Attorneys is super valuable. They helped me identify a conflicting trademark before it caused serious issues.

On February 13 2025 I spoke with a man by the name of Andrew. He said that he would file my Trademark and I will have everything in two weeks. I paid 45 dollars for the application fee and 350 for the government fee. Totaling 395 dollars.
I filled the application out and sent it back to them
Needless to say March 25, 2025 no word from this company or their representative.
When I did get in contact with the hustler he said the the lawyer is going to call me. It’s almost June.

These guys are scammers they took 395 from me and had the audacity to text me this message today May 29, 2025

There are two fees associated with the entire trademark process.
The Application fee is $45/- (Our service fee)
The filing fee is $350/- (Govt USPTO Fee)
The total cost is $395/- And it will be your intellectual property.

I had to go to another company to get my trademark for 795.00.
And it didn’t take a week.

I was very confused when I tried to file my trademark myself. Then I looked up on the internet and found these guys. They explained the entire process in detail and got my trademark filed with the uspto.

This company is a scam. The reviews are also botted and you'll find these same reviews on their website with different names and dates. I'm not sure why this company is choosing to scam when you can dispute with your bank and have your money returned. My only guess is this company is a front to gather information for what is provided to them. I closed my bank accounts and notified all credit reporting companies of possible fraud and identity theft. Shame on you!!

Do not trust this site, look at all the reviews, they are all 1 review people which is another scam. I gave them a chance until they wanted more money for a lifetime trademark. FYI there is no such thing as a lifetime trademark and they refused to send me copies of emails/ forms sent to the trademark office. Scammers
