This is a manipulative company and not trustworthy.
I paid 700USD for 5 trademarks research and 2.100USD for 2 trademarks applications.
After applying my application, the company called me and ask me to provide an US attorney information within few hours without any notifications and inform before. They said I should act quickly or my application will be canceled and wait 9 months to apply again. I felt like I was scammed as I already paid totally 2.800USD without any results. They asked me to pay 1.500USD more for them to assign an attorney for me to pursue the application and said it would cost 3,000USD - 5,000USD if I hire an attorney in US - which is not true.
2 weeks after the first payment, my card was charged additional 1,050USD under their company name ART N ART ILLUSTRATION (the last payment of 2,800USD was on the same company name that is why I know my credit card was leaked)
I suggest no one should go to this company as they are manipulative and you will pay more than what necessary.
I am now taking action to claim dispute towards the payment of 1,050USD without my consent. And if my money is not refunded properly I would take the case further to sue the company.
