I have received excellent service from Tradeprint for the last 3 years, there has been the odd occasion when things may have gone wrong but the Tradeprint team have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I may have had.

We have been using this company frequently for a long time. They are very trustworthy and go out of their way to flag if they think there are any concerns with print quality, etc. The rare issues we encounter are due to the couriers, and even in those circumstances Tradeprint then do all they can to make it right. Top, personable service from lovely and dedicated people.

Great communication and great quality products. My account manager is Kev, he's always on hand to help and sorts my enquiries and orders quickly and efficiently.

I order lots for my business including takeaway menus, signage, posters for A-boards, menus for the windows and bumper stickers! Quality of them all has been fab and Kev is great at advising what specific product-type I need when I'm not quite sure (I'm not remotely technical...)

The only ONE problem I've had with a print was resolved quickly and hassle-free, I can't ask for much more than that.

I'm relatively new to Tradeprint, although I've been in the print-game for 26 years working with many suppliers.

I've ordered different items from Tradeprint in the last year or so, and every time has been great... banners, Foamex, cards, etc.

Four weeks ago, I ordered 29 pull ups. They arrived and looked great. Soon after they went up however, my client started experiencing problems when they were taken down, moved, then put back up. It became obvious that there was a problem within this batch.

I contacted Kevin at Tradeprint and told him of the problems my client was experiencing and sent him photographs of those that had failed. After seeing them, Kevin immediately reassured me that this was an unusual instance and told me they would be replaced! No hesitation.

Kevin contacted other people within Tradeprint, and they each agreed with Kevin that the pull ups should be reprinted.

This was a great thing that Kevin did. I don't often gush over people within this industry, but on this occasion, I'll make an exception... Kevin understands that this business is about building relationships. He has a long-term view that a ‘happy’ customer will keep coming back, and what Tradeprint loses now on a reprint, will be repaid tenfold in future sales. His help and support have instilled confidence in me, his customer, as well as built up the reputation of his company.

So, this is a special thank you to Kevin and his team. We have all experienced the rare occasions when a bad patch falls at our feet. It's how you react to that, which is important. That is why it is so great to know that there are people like Kevin who empathise and act in the best interests of his customers.

I always find the staff at Tradeprint ready to help and provide a quick response to requests, in particular Kevin Geoghegan and Chris Harris. They always confirm each stage of the process, very professional and would highly recommend.

Used Tradeprint a nunber of times now for printing banners, flyers and leaflets always deliver excellent work and Kevin in Dundee goes over and above what is expected. Great service from a great company.

Tradeprint is one of my go to places for all signage things, and i am honestly yet to find anyone who compares to them.
Always first port of call for amount of items and price= Plus customer service is great, great communication and if there are any problems, they get sorted quickly, efficiently and always in the right way - delivery also is always on time - Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
