Terrible experience!!! Professional scammer!!! Do not trust pls
Like everybody else, decided to pay the initial deposit of $420AUS and open a account with traderminds. Soon after (within an hour) I had a call advising that I will be contacted by my allocated manager who will guide me through the trading platform. He also gave me a number/code and insisted that I have to ask for this security number if someone calls me about my trading. An hour later a girl by the name of Cia called and introduced herself as one of the managers working for Traderminds and that she will help me with my investing. Long story short, and after several calls every day I was encouraged to move to a bronze account if I wanted to really make good returns. ($10000USD). Of course alarm bells starting ringing, so I finally opted out and tried to contact them for a refund of my initial deposit. Both Cia's (manager's) and support email address bounced back Address Not Found. Surprise surprise.... SCAM SCAM SCAM. BEWARE. If you have money to throw away go ahead, TRADERMINDS are for you!!!!!!!!
I wrote a number of emails and called several times but they ignored me like I don't exist, I wonder which statutory broker would ever do such. It was a difficult time for me but, service tree. space ,conciliation made sure the matter was settled.
Passing off with a similar name to my company. Note the 's' at the end of this scam broker's name. We would sue them for passing off, but clearly all their details are fake.
Absolutely appalling customer service waiting 12 weeks for a reply. Lodged the minimum 250 and had 2 different manager accountant's. We had a few calls but basically asking for more money after making 55e they kept saying add more and you'll see your return faster. We didn't have any extra cash so we asked for our money to be refunded into our account and since then nobody is answering our emails. they phone at 7 in the morning on a Irish mobile number and pretend they can't hear us answering and when you try ring the number it's off. I would be very grateful if someone from here can contact me pls as nobody is answering my emails.they say it's simple to withdraw your money back whenever you want but it's impossible very disappointed when we were promised a phone call a week
ihave2173$ in my account with Traderminds....recently while i'm trying to trade it keeps giving me (account disabled) everytime i try to log in!..their websiteis not working from my device and they are not answering any of my emails that i sent to their complains email address....i needed the money at the time, I was so worried, read reviews that made me submit complaints to aYla^recoUP and the made moves and I got refvnded , I’m glad I got it … but the experience was not good with Traderminds like they promised.
