Avoid!
They refused me payout of 5k for two reasons which are definitely not the truth. This is the reasons given…..
Multiple breaches of prohibited practices: excessive risk (adding to positions in drawdown with elements of grid trading), toxic trading (negative risk:reward on 52.61% of positions with net PnL $27308.85) and scalping ($1043.76).
I never scalp or use grid trading strategies!

AVOID! They will look for any minor thing and compound it to use it as a reason not to pay and pocket your challenge and the money you earned trading.

Traderscale has been one of the best trading platforms I have ever used. Easy to use and understand and a great company for beginner traders to start using. If anything is not working or if you need help with the able, customer service are very quick with their responses and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

I have written great reviews on all the support staff of Traderscale especially Jeryl, Marco and Dan as they will do all they can to help you resolve any problems including over the weekend, which many funded companies do not. Traderscale is a great prop firm to be with and I would highly recommend them.

My Honest Experience with TraderScale

I want to share my personal experience with TraderScale so other traders know what to expect.

After months of trading carefully, following every rule, and maintaining solid risk management, my payout was rejected because of one small typo — a stop-loss input error that I corrected immediately. The trade resulted in a loss of only $48 on a $100,000 account, which clearly had no impact on the overall risk or performance.

Even though I explained the situation and provided full evidence, TraderScale confirmed that the decision was final. They acknowledged the error was unintentional, but still refused the payout because “the system” flagged it as over-risking.

This shows that TraderScale operates with zero flexibility or human understanding. Everything is handled by automation and strict policy, with no consideration for context or intent. If you’re not a robot who never makes a single typing mistake, you risk losing months of effort for something that has no real impact.

I’ve traded with other firms where human review and fairness exist — and this experience made me realize TraderScale is not one of them.

If you’re looking for a prop firm that values traders, uses common sense, and looks at your performance as a whole rather than one technical error, I strongly suggest you consider other options! They just want you money, thats all they want.

Wowwwww . So I told you I’ll be back. I managed to rank 2nd place in the October contest and was given a prize. A free 100k speedy challenge which I’m currently trading. I was also rewarded a MacBook Air M2 which is still yet to come as part of my ranking reward. I’ll be back to update yall if I received it or not

Literally the worst propfirm that I have ever traded with.
To many times server downfall ,to much latency, or they never replied to your email or if they replay they lie to you that it’s not like that.
They are not responsive.
They change rules while you are in the middle of a challenge.
High spreads.
High commission.
High swap.
They don’t have a live chat on their website, even scam prop firms have a live chat on their website.
Please do not work with this people.
You won’t get paid.

I really like my experience with TraderScale. It’s a reliable and transparent platform and the funded accounts give great opportunities to trade and grow your capital. The Support Team is amazing, always helpful and quick with solutions. The rules are clear, which helps me stay focused and disciplined. Overall, it’s a solid and legit platform I’d recommend to anyone serious about trading.

Customer service is top notch

I just received a payout approval today. In July, I was amongst the top 20 in their monthly competitions who was eligible for a $5K evaluation prize. I passed that and since traded with it and received payout today. Considering that I'm unemployed for over a year, I am grateful that there are opportunities like this, all it took was hard work and adhering to the rules from my side. The support team is also very friendly and quick to respond. Again Traderscale, thank you. My year may just end on a high note! 😄
