This company refuse to pay my profit after I have passed two phase evaluation and trade live account with a profit of $515

There was a TCT error in my account which was resolved long ago before I continue my live account

I traded till it was payout then when I requested for payout thru told me I had TCT Fraud

They refuse paying me and disabled my live account

I just made a cashout from TC they are really legit and now Account are soft everything is really on point

Just got my first withdrawal from Traders Central supper happy took 24 hours thought it would be longer. Super happy about that was a bit frustrated that it was sent to my crypto wallet instead of my bank account but still happy my work paid off

Been trying for a week to get in contact with their customer service with no response. Very frustrating.

After contacting the telegram as the reply below asks me to do the problem has been sorted by the next morning. The customer service is great once you get in contact with them

Great experience with payouts have gotten all of them. Just wish what I picked for my payout option actually came that way. But i understand about the fees… Thank you Prime Bridge for my withdrawals.

Although I was not able to pass the challenge, I would like to say it is the best firm in prop firm industry, best part is its drawdown rules are better than any prop firm out here and profit is reachable , there are no lot size limits! Customer service is gold! Would def buy again

I have been with Traders Central a while. Efficiency is not the best a lot of times, which is pretty evident from the telegram group.

However, the major selling point is that they're about the cheapest prop firm with perks to also get discounts.

As at sometime two weeks ago, I had about 7,500 TCTs. Then I came in on a particular day to claim TCTs as per the daily ritual. I clicked a number of times but I didn't get the claim confirmation page that usually pops up. I left the page only to come back the next day to see that I had some more TCTs. I went ahead to purchase the "Skip phase 1" perk. I continued claiming after that and then I came in one day to see my TCT balance at -8,000.

I asked Rob, and he said it'll be checked in 3 working days. I asked again about 4 days later, and he insinuated I did a fraudulent TCT transaction. I asked for an explanation, telling him I had about 7,500 at that time (how then will you put me at -8,000 for an issue that was from your end???. Why not just account for the TCTs you think your glitch dropped on me?.

He banned me from chatting on the group, and blocked me in PM.

I chat up Edidem and he said I have to repay 8k TCTs... Lol

From a glitch that was on you that couldn't have gotten me more than 500 TCTs to pushing me to -8,000.

TRADERS CENTRAL IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROP FIRM.

Received 2nd withdraw from TCF it is super fast on 2nd withdraw i have applied on 28 Sept 2022 and money arrived with in 24 hours.
Reminder make sure you have to have a crypto wallet if you withdraw less then $2500.

Traders central is the real deal, bought the challenge, got live account details and got my first withdrawal. Also, they have a good customer care. I will recommend them to anyone.

‏I made $1,288 in 50k account and upon request for withdrawal the account was suspended. Without any violation of the rules reason to comment do not have the money to pay . If I'm wrong let the company manager speak here and I will send screenshots of all my trades. I hope traders do not rush and buy challenges

Support was sent and they replied that they did not know the reason for the ban and said if send to the group will be disqualifie u . I have screenshots while send to support

Great customer support! They are always available 24/5. I have had 2 withdrawals with them with no issues. Prime Bridge is a great company! They are more affordable than other prop firms with greater leverage on the challenge accounts. I look forward to trading with them for a long time.
