I was struggling to connect my account on a Tuesday night. My broker was showing, but my server was not on my new account (I have had previous accounts on the site). I went to customer service, voiced my issue and within about 5 minutes, BEN solved my problem and added the server from my broker. I genuinely didn't even consider it to be an option that would be provided. I thought I was going to be told I must wait 1 week or something. Honestly, such great service at 10:26 PM on a Tuesday. Thanks Ben.

Since i started using Tradersconnect i haven't missed a single trade yet. It runs so smooth, that i sometimes even forget that it's a software copying the trades. It happens so automatically and problem-free. Considering how little i pay for this tool, it's impressive how much value it actually provides - also taking the customer service available through their live chat into consideration.

It's obvious that Tradersconnect is in this for the long run.

Best trading copier software out there! So easy to use, interactive Dashboard for equity management, auto mapping for symbols and easy to copy exact Risk, SL and TP across all accounts. I use Mt5, but they allow cross-platform copying aswell like from C-trader to Trade locker and vice versa!!!

Best support team ever, the software works smoothly (some minor glitches but nothing impacting real trades execution)... will continue to use it because I know they're developing many new interesting features! :)

I've used a few cloud based trade copiers before but Traders Connect is simply the best tool available.
Never had any problems for two years I've been using it.
Ideal for prop firm traders - Equity Protection tool is the best protection against daily drawdown rule!
Great customer service on top of that.

First of all - the TradersConnect platform is really easy to use, head and shoulders above anything else out there.

I had an issue where one of my Slave accounts was having trades opened with the incorrect lot size. I reached out their support team, who came back with the exact setting I had to fix straight away.

Great customer service with any problems that you have, always get back to you very quickly with solutions. Overall platform experience is very easy to use.

Support is looking into giving a refund after i forgot to cancel and have not used their service for that payment.
Edit: support gave me that refund from earlier with no questions. And i still use tradersconnect now, and it is my goto cloud based copier
