Despite of the slightly childish interface the bots are working quite well on TradeSanta - in fact probably one of the best automated trading services available online. In practical terms I am running several grid bots since October with different settings including triggered ones and the reliability is outstanding (I have tried other companies as well with less convincing results).

Only giving 4 stars since there were a few glitches on their web page (not affecting the bots) and also due the the account top up process which seems to be partially manual.

First of all I was scammed by someone who was claiming he is from Santa Helper after I wrote to the forum that I am unable to create any bot. He navigated me to some walletconnect to be able to reset my account and get the issue solved. I sent my funds to trustwallet and connect it with walletconnect, then they stole my money.
I have written to a customer service again after I have understood I was blinded by Trade Santa that everything was working well with them to ask why I can't create any bot on my account after I have sent them a payment. They still referred for two factor authentication to enter any codes into the app but it didn't work at all and at the end they did not answered any of my message.
I have lost my money by contacting them on the forum and they took a payment and they won't resolve issue on my account.
If I never contacted them or made a payment to them I could be 500 Euro better off.
Bot can work well, but I couldn't get it to work. I never found what was wrong with bot.

The bots are bugged. They cant compute Bollinger bands & simple indicators like that. Also, they do not send you the referral withdraw if you bring people. I requested it on JULY and still got nothing. Asked to customer support they told me that the withdraw would be distributed in the week that just ended. Obviously didn't happen and they stopped answering. Definitely do not recommend them, bad tech, bad customer support, fake referral program.

Edit: they finally sent me the referral money, with months delay. On their website they said that they were giving it in BTC but instead they gave it to me in USDT. If they sent me the BTC respecting the deadlines as stated on their website, I'd have doubled that money by now. Still not satisfied, still had a lots of problems with long bots triggered by Bollinger bands buying at high prices, still a bad customer support and overall not a trustworthy company, they do not respect what they write on their website.

This was my first time when I decided to use trading bots. Never actually used ones and was surprised how tradesanta is user friendly to newcomers. Made some decent cash already, gonna recommend it to some of my friends too

I have enjoyed TradeSanta and found it pretty clear for a newbie. 5 stars for the affordable prices, easy interface, and responsive support.

The TradeSanta experience is just amazing. Great instructions to help you on your way and s great community. The website is beautifully designed with full functionality. The app, on the other hand, is nice, but it’s not as fully featured. Anyway, I am going to give it 5 stars!

I’ve tried a couple of bots lately. They all work fine at different times, but in terms of reliability, I’ll go for TradeSanta.

TradeSanta has been excellent. It's easy to use, low-priced, and nicely designed! The strategies they offer and the ease of use have helped me make money. Extremely satisfied with the bot results so far.

Complete scam, they take your Crypto and say there is a fault. I made dozens of profitable trades only to find my account balance going down. I am disappointed that Binance would allow scammers to rip off their customers.

Trade Santa Support staff scammed me. They Identify you, they block you on the official Telegram chat. Then the official "santa helper"will send you pic of the system and the error, they will tell you that your account has a error bug inflation, and you can loose all of your fund. Obviously you panic and follow the instructions.
Long story short, I wanted to trust them as they are official support, but first moved most of my funds to cold storage. I still lost money! they want you to download trust wallet and send you a link to where you can past you seed phrase. Obviously I made that mistake to do this. Since Trade Santa scammed me, I have email them, They do not respond at all, They blocked me an all of the official group chats on telegram. All of this and I paid a subscription fee.

Trade Santa is clearly a very well oiled criminal operation.

I tried this platform because a friend with a paid subscription suggested it as very beginner friendly. There are 3 trial days and then you should have a basic version for free. This was also confirmed by a message I received from the telegram bot who notifies about buy/sell orders saying something like "now you have to buy a subscription or continue with a limited account" this didn't happen, the 2 bots I had just shut down and the reply by telegram support was "that message is fake, you have to buy a subscription". 3 days are not enough to figure out the capabilities of the site that seems to have a few bugs but still appears to give results overall but I think it's not correct to promise things that are then denied with strange explanations.

the plataform always have bugs and i can't create any new bot for two days i already contacted the support but no one have answered yet 😤

Superb!!!!, I linked my exchange through Api keys to Tradesanta, I hired the service of Coinwink in order to set Btc's prices alert with sms to my phone and thanks to those combined services, I was able to gain 880$ in 28 days using volume of 300$ and only 3 trades against my strategy, Tradesanta forever!!!!

I subscribed and after 2 weeks i was not able to achieve anything before i opted out. You need to be well experienced to use the platform. but the real problem is the telegram chat group they are using where there are so many scammers that bears the same 'Admin' name that will reach out to you immediately you ask a question in the group. You need to be extra careful to deal with them.

The platform looks well made but way too complicated for use for most of the people. There are more user-friendly platforms like bitero.io

Great, keep it up with the updates. I have most of the current trade bots, and TradeSanta has been the most consistent profit maker. To date, there are all the essential features. For me, it works better from a browser, but it offers an app as well.
