Debra Leonard has been a delight to work with…

Debra Leonard has been a delight to work with and helped book me a wonderful trip to Waikiki in Hawaii in August 2025 and provided excellent tips on things to do there.

She has provided me with the same great level of service to book a dream trip to Curacao in August 2026. She is the utmost professional in all interactions with her and has high integrity and gives you what you want and doesn't try to oversell. I will continue booking all my trips with her, she delivers on her promises. Thanks for hiring her! :)

Tradeshow and travel gouging customer

Several years ago I signed up for some trips. Back then you had to make a reservation for a trip and if you wanted an extra night you had to attend a meeting. If you no-showed for this meeting then you were hit with a heavy penalty. A few years back I started to get phone calls about how the trips I had spent a lot of money on were getting ready to expire and I needed to update for a fee to life-time. They were extremely pushy on the phone and called during the day. When I told them I wanted to think about it, it had to be done now. I told them it would still be several years before I could go, and they still didn't let me that would be a problem. The sale was more important then the customer. Also the paperwork doesn't come right away and looks identical to the original stuff, except with one important difference, you have to visit their home resorts with in a year! These resorts are in the middle of Florida and Las Vegas. That's great if you are near there. I have an autoimmune disease that was stable until 1 1/2 year ago. So as a result I had to retire and main source of income Social Security. I offered to sign a medical release so they could see for themselves and that it had progress. They have left repeated messages about payment $6999. The first three were supposedly to my Bank account and had gotten a code which my bank said never happened and the fourth to Mastercard starting with 5156. All Mastercard start with those numbers. A lie and scare tactic to instill fear and extortion which I find highly despicable. All these tour groups SHARE YOUR INFOMATION INCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFO! with every group. This as a result can go on indefinitely. You get calls from different directions so you don't know who or what you are talking to and add extra trips to up the penalty. It doesn't matter how bad your health has progress or limited your finances have become as a result. Forget Privacy and HIPPA with these guys. Cody who I was dealing with mention three major Time Share companies and you have heard of all of them. Also they stated the reason for the high penalties was they put time into inventory. I called Monster about what was going on and they were thoroughly appalled. They said this shouldn't be happening and gave me a week at one of their resorts. It was late April and the place was a ghost town, just down the way from Disney world and Universal whose parking lots were packed! Also they had to pay taxes on this. That's crap any decent Accountant can file an adjustment with the IRS. I have filed complaints with MyFloridaLegal.gov. Cody arrogantly told me they were every where. They maybe but their Home state is Florida. Florida really hates it when they target Seniors or military. The Company's address is 2708 N Australian Ave Ste 2. West Palm Beach Florida 33407-4529 ph.# 888-556-1485 also the Amounts and time period. email tradeshowandtravelco.com. Also beware of another one called Travel. close to $12,000 between 2024-2025

Last year I paid over $1200 US for nothing

Last year I paid over $1200 US for, what I was told was, an all paid vacation package to a number of destinations. I keep getting calls from people that my data was sold to (about 5 a day) bothering me to take the vacation.
I just got a threatening call from Juliano Morina who identified himself as a "supervisor" with Trade Show Travel. He said that I am going to be sued because I did not do a 90 minute time-share presentation. I was recently told that I did not have to do this presentation (but I said I was okay with it). Juliano now tells me that I have to pay an addition $2000 because I did not do the presentation within 90 days. I was not told this when I paid. I made it clear that we would not be vacationing for a while at the time when I paid. Juliano said it was in my contract. I told him that I did not even receive the contract. He said he didn't care. I checked the email account that he told it was sent to. There is no contract there. He said it would have "deleted itself" if I did not open it within 48 hours. The contract email clearly never arrived, probably was never sent. When I asked for a number to call him back, he refused. So, I will be sued for "paying money" to these people. Think twice before saying yes to them.

The customer service phone.

Debra Leonard is the BEST!!!!

Debra Leonard is the BEST!!!!! We gave her a very short notice with the specific dates that we needed to travel. I didn't think it would be possible as it was less than a 30 day notice. Debra as always, calmed our minds and patiently worked with us using her expertise and knowledge to perform her miracles. She gave us good choices and took her time to make sure that it was what would be the best for us. Debra took all of the panic away from us by assuring us that we would be able to be accommodated even on such short notice. She takes care of all the booking leaving us only to decide what to pack. We look forward to our vacation in 8 days!
Last year I referred Debra to my son and daughter-in-law to help them plan and book a vacation for their anniversary. She was splendid and helped them find a wonderful, all-inclusive, relaxing resort where they were pampered and able to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They had a wonderful worry-free anniversary thanks to Debra and her expertise. They were very pleased with Debra and plan to call her again for their next vacation this year.
As for us, Debra is the ONE!!! She cares!!!
