I recently had trouble getting into Vegas, but I contacted Debra Leonard and she solve that problem very easily. I’m very happy with the results.

First called TSTC and waited for a few mins, then was asked to leave a number for a call back. Received a call back in ten mins from Adam B who was very helpful, gave us options and rec where to stay Set up our vacation efficiently in quick order. Super friendly and supportive. Will be talking to MR Adam B again for sure

I was on the phone with Adam Belinson and he was fantastic. He answered all my questions, he guided me, he explained to me. HE TOOK EXTRA TIME MAKING SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. I found out so much that I did not know before. I even told him that I had read on Facebook some bad things about the company. He took time and carefully explained everything to me. I feel very comfortable with the company and the money I have spent - because of Adam.

I purchased am $800 8 trip package in March 2025 and in Sept 2025 , for an another $500, an additional 2 trip package with resort fees waived and booking assured given at least 30 day of lead time at two advertised resorts of particular interest.
Upon engaging in the reservation process with 90-120 day lead time, I was informed that neither, despite continuing advertisement, was available and that resort fees ($150 a nite or more) were not waived.

Because of that, I requested refund of the $1300 and this was handled promptly by Ms Chelly Dalton. She was most attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the funds were removed a couple days later at the senders request (as related by citi-card) and, again the ever helpful Chelly took action and ensured the funds were reinstated.
I am sorry that TradeShowTravelCo and Monster Reservation Group could not meet my needs but the actions of Chelly Dalton deserve high marks for customer satisfaction. Hence the 5 stars.

Chelly was excellent with canceling my scheduled trip and providing information on other destinations for rescheduling.

Chelly Dalton has made this experience great!! She has been so helpful and Im so excited to have had her helping and booking my Birthday getaway.

Chelly was up front about what she could do, up graded our package and even called me back to tell me about the upgrade ON SHORT NOTICE! We were able to book 4 days ahead of our travel
