Tradethebit is a SCAM trading company, they closed their website and disappeared with everybody's money.

Just a scam. Blocked my account and $$. Had to give 1 star rating or I couldn't post.

Fake Fake and Fake , they use a video play platform that makes you seem that you are making money . Adam Novak , Oscar and all the other gogoons are all there to scam you , They may get you to withdraw a smaller amount to gain your trust but they would urge you to put more money with all their false predictions .They would tell you that they get updates every minute .All the reviews with 5 stars are all fake .This is a big platform that they use and will specifically tell you not to say anything if anyone from Netcoins call .STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIGS !!!

If I could give no stars, that would be the preference. Tradethebit is a total scam by absolute liars and con artists of the lowest morality on the planet. They will coerce you with kind words, finding out where your vulnerabilities are and then take advantage. My wife has stage four cancer and I take care of her. We are just retired, but with no pension and we hoped we could create an income with this group.

We were gullible, I'll admit that, and stuck with it for seven months. By then we had put all of our savings into it, and had built up the account to $249,000 USD. Then when I asked to withdraw $55,000 to pay for special medical care account manager, said she wanted me to do this quick trade that would net at least $50,000. It was set up on anydesk and as soon as I touched the buy button...I lost $152,000 instantly.

When I later tried to withdraw the $55,000, it was rejected four times with no contact. When I finally got someone to contact me weeks later, they said I had signed an agreement that I couldn't withdraw any money until an account trading threshold was reached of 2.5 billion. The agreement clearly states that to withdraw their TRADING BONUS, which was $50,000 to my account, I needed to reach that threshold. It says nothing about withdrawing my OWN money. So I asked to cancel my account and withdraw the rest. They have never responded to many emails over the last two months. All the time you have wasted taking their calls...you were making money for them, because they never intended to ever allow you to withdraw anything.

They have stolen $123,000 from me and they couldn't care less how much suffering they have caused. D.H was the lead conman, then S.A..... and M.W. and then M.R. as account managers. Each one conned us into investing more to get a higher account level...and it was all a total lie.

Yes we were gullible and somewhat desperate. We were trusting people, because we are honest people. There is no one honest at Trade The Bit. Their support line is worthless...it is just an answering service and can do nothing for you. They even began to laugh when I told them the details of the agreement does not bar me from removing my own money or cancelling the account.

My hope is that others will not become victims as we have, after you read this. Also that when KARMA catches up with them...and it will…they will remember me and all the suffering they have caused to my wife and I, and thousands of others, and realize that in whatever form that KARMA takes in their life...they earned it, and they deserve it!

They have now closed down and reopened as CAPITALMAXIMUS.com. Same scam, different mane. Beware, we are on to them. If you have money on Capitalmaximus.com withdraw it now if they will even let you asap!

UPDATE 2

Anyone else that has been scammed by Trade the Bit please help me shut them down. Report Trade the Bit to all services they utilized in performing the scam such as ShakePay, AnyDesk, My Trading College, and file a whistleblower report here on TrustPilot. Next step is legal action and authorities.

In reporting Trade the Bit to ShakePay, their security and risk assessment team is performing an investigation. In doing so, I was notified that despite being the victim in this scam they are disabling my ShakePay account and will not let me create another with them in the future. Beware that not only will you lose your money to Trade The Bit you will also lose access to any payment platform such as ShakePay that the scammers associated themselves with.

UPDATE 1

Since posting this review, outing Trade the Bit, and filing a Whistleblower report as the fraudulent scam they are to both TrustPilot and ShakePay, Trade the Bit has now locked me out of my Trade the Bit account and stolen all of my money. They will not answer their support number, account managers will not answer the numbers or emails they provided.
All positive reviews are fake and/or from people, they are scamming prior to the actual scam. BEWARE, do not give this so-called company a cent, you will never see it again.

Trade the Bit is a SCAM!

This company is a scam! They are very nice in the beginning, professional scammers working to gain your trust. But you will get passed onto a different account manager every few weeks trying to get you to invest more. They will take your money and give you all positive signals and make you “money”. Then they will get you to give them a positive review here on Trust Pilot. Then they will show you’ve had losses and you need to invest more to pad your account so you don’t lose it all. They will call you weekly for a few months and then when you don’t put more money in they will cease all contact they will not call you, respond to emails, respond to complaints, or live chat. Their support is useless they say they will escalate your concern and have someone call you and they never do. Support tells you you can withdraw from your online account and when you do they will cancel the withdrawal request. Soon they’ll block you so you can no longer even call support. They will never give your money back. These people need to be taken down.

Account manager will not return any emails or phone calls . Support claims emails are passed on , my account as been dormant for 7 weeks . I'm trying to withdrawal 5 gs out of 22 gs and the withdrawal keeps getting cancelled without any contact . Trust pilot needs adjust ratings this is a poor company at best to deal with myself and two others that I know of personally having the same issues .

Six months were confidently traded. Account worth 85,000 US with money in it 9banned. Customer service unhelpful. read published BrokerFraudComplaint article. aided in success.

Stay away! If it’s too good to be true.. it’s because it is! Trust the honest reviews here, you do not want to be the next one!
They’re trained to make you feel comfortable and safe, and when you stop investing and want out; it will become your worst nightmare!
No agent will respond, their support team is a scam, they won’t give you any answers, and keep telling you their finance department will be in touch as soon as possible. It’s been over a month since I requested a withdrawal and their finance department hasn’t made any attempts to contact me, even after escalating and making my request “a priority”.
They will continue to tell you to rest assured your concerns have been sent to the right department, and it never goes anywhere, they already got you, you’ve been scammed!
If anyone here who left an honest review went back and added that they received their money back; I would appreciate it, and if I ever do; I’ll be sure to update this review, but at this point; I have to seek legal assistance. if I can save anyone from losing their money with them; this review has been worth it.

This company seems at first legit. But after a week or so the manager called me basicly yelling thru the phone asking why I wasn't trading. He was rude, arrogant and a poor excuse of a manager. I have 280 dollars sitting there but I see here to withdraw will become a major hassle. Save yourself the worry,,,don't join...keep scolling.

I have been trying to withdraw money from my account since july 2021. It's been almost four months now. At first, someone different every day called me from the company. They always asked me why I wasn't trading anymore. When I explained to them that I won't invest more until I have proof I can withdraw my money, they told me they would contact the "financial department" and I was told I would receive my money shortly. I never did. Then, another trader from the company would call me, and I would explain my situation all over again. Once, a trader from Tradethebit told me I had to add money to my account in order to withdraw what was already in it so the bank didn't identify it as money laundering. I was naive enough to trust her. I regret it so much now. PLEASE, don't let them rip you off, like they did me.

I have written reviews on this company and they keep getting removed. I lost over $7000 to this company. I was never able to take money out. The last person that called me told me he would contact the financing department and return my money. Never did hear from him or anyone else

Update: It has now been 8 weeks since I requested a withdrawal and this company still has not released the funds.

Interesting to note they have no objection to the same managers being named in the positive reviews. Laughable when you think about it. I have since edited out their names ;)

More importantly their lack of denial to the rest of the content, speaks volumes as to the accuracy of my experience with them. I will update as needed.

Hopefully if you are reading this review you are doing so before you invest in Tradethebit.com. If you are already invested I strongly suggest you do not invest any more money.

Unfortunately, (as many will find out the hardway) Tradethebit is a fraudulent trading platform. They have spent a lot of time and money making it appear that they are a legitimate business.

The reality is, they are NOT. Unlike legitimate investment brokerages, this company is not licensed to operate with any of the regulatory authorities in Canada, Australia, UK or anywhere else in the world. This means, they can and do operate with impunity. There is no recourse to recover your investment other than taking legal action through the courts. So do not open an account with them because you will expose yourself to being scammed out of your hard earned money.

THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE

I signed up with tradethebit.com back in April 2021. At first everything was going great. My account manager at the time, was friendly, helpful and recommended nothing but profitable trades. Soon he was able to convince me to deposit more money to increase the leverage of the account and like a fool, I did.

A couple of weeks after I increased my investment, he wanted me to invest more. By this time I was getting the sense something wasn't right as all the trades he recommended were all profitable, which is impossible to do in a volitile market like crypto. So I did the due diligence I should have done before I opened the account.

What I found out made me very skeptical of this company. The most damaging things I found out were reviews stating the inability to withdraw funds and blogs warning against doing business with tradethebit. I conducted my own investigation to find out if they have a regulatory license to trade in any of the countries that they have clients. THEY DO NOT!

So I told him I wasn't going to invest anymore at that time. Since then I have had four different account managers. All tried to get me to invest more, with the last two using stall tactics to deny me withdrawing the money from my account and close it.

I put in the request to withdraw my funds on August 2, I supplied all the relevant information they need to process the withdrawal and I am still waiting 6 weeks later for the funds to be transfered. I have tried contacting their support team to no avail. I keep being told the withdrawal request is being processed and is being handled by the account manager. This is not the way a legitimate company does business.

It was my own ignorance that allowed me to be scammed by tradethebit.com. Don't let your ignorance allow you to become a victim too. Do your due diligence before investing with companies like this one.

I used trade the bit through my trading college which was my mistake. Micheal O’Connor at the trade the bit was awesome and very knowledgeable to work with, me being in Canada the time difference didn't work for me. Trade the bit was a great place to start. My trading college not so much!!

They are offering good service. Victor is professional and helpful. Great experience !

I am new to Trade The Bit but very happy so far with my broker Dylan Hill.I have been trying to find where their office is but can’t find anything,which is worrying me .

I've been working with a Tradethebit senior advisor since June of 2021. As a new investor I had absolutely no experience and only a little confidence. My first two advisors made me money but failed to teach me anything about trading and my losses out performed their gains. Enter my new advisor Rebecca Schwartz (rebecca.sc@tradethebitservices)... I can't say enough good things about her approach to trading and her willingness to give me the tools I needed to begin to understand not only their trading platform but also took the time to explain and show me where to find pertinent information and what it means (my lessons still continue).
