Horrible experience.
They are holding tens of thousands of my euros.
I requested a withdrawal in january (!!!). They are demanding me to pay a tax, which I paid, and I proved it had arrived. They told me to send it in dollars, which I did, but then said it was a bug and it should be in euros. I resent a second part, and now they are saying my account is to be suspended?
What kind of broker suspends accounts of their clients? It's only to get more and more money out of them until you're completely dried up. Makes no sense. It's not customer friendly at all.
I already paid the TAX (more than it) and I demand my funds back. I do not even need the profits. I am now in DEBT and in problems, because I cannot retrieve these funds. Ridiculous!!
