Good product, excellent customer service
Excellent service, I ordered running bars an received the brackets two days later, I called them and was told the courier had only picked up the one package and it would be delivered tomorrow, it didn’t arrive so I contacted them again, they said they would contact courier and get them sent out asap. The courier said they had lost them in transit!
I contacted them again and they arranged a special delivery which came the next day, and believe it or not they bought two sets! I returned the one, needless to say they are brilliant and so is their customer service.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Wrong size, instructed by seller to cut the bars to length myself which incurred a cost from a local blacksmiths as I don’t have those tools. Returned bars due to poor quality, poorly made and can’t hold much at all without flexing. Seller said they were ‘damaged’ and parts missing. Bars were used and parts weren’t missing and showed images confirming this. Avoid at all costs. Buy cheap buy twice!

BEWARE of this service
BEWARE of this service. the 2 people i know that have used this website have had the same problem with roof racks not fitting and no refund nor help. Buy at your own RISK. Would recommend using another company.

Poor quality
Bought a set of Atlas v2 closed rail cross bars, arrived quickly. Poor quality though, T track in bars bent after installing a bike carrier, used other bars before and never had this issue. Wouldn’t recommend, and no after sales support when emailed to discuss the problem. Was told I had over tightened the carrier and would not be eligible for refund

Amazing company so easy to order on website, the communication is brill and so it the courier they use I had a phone call to tell me were he had left the running boards as I was at work at time of delivery , the product is outstanding quality will look so sexy on my Kia shortage and the build quality is very good well worth the money will always use this company now for my kia as my car is my baby so why not use a company that will keep my car looking good ,if they did wheel trim spray that would have that business as well.One outstanding company

Save your money, check reviews before you order. Ordered roof bars, took them a week to reach out to say they didn't have stock and another 2 weeks when it will be back in stockm 3 weeks later still nor back in stock. Recoeved a refund bit only at the discounted rate they moved the product to after I purchased. Has been poor customer service and just dodgy communication throughout. Whoever they have behind the key board is a proper geezer there to defend the business not to offer customer service. Update: they told me to order when it's back in stock. Its back in stock, I go to order and I am blocked to ordering because of this review. So now I'm not in my right to share a bad experience or order what I need. This is the least professional shopping experience I've ever been witness too. Shocking behaviour from an apparent business. Rather then make up a bad shopping experience to a customer you retaliate???? So much for trading standards.

Easy to oder from website, good pricing and clear about delivery prices/options. Roof rails received promptly (48 delivery service from despatch) and very happy with the quality. Will use TVA again.

The delivery was fast unfortunately we couldn’t see inside the boxes were so well wrapped. The side step box was slightly damaged and the step had a scrape on it, fortunately on the under side but non the less annoying.
