Just another scamming company. They are spoofing their number to look like it's your local. When I said I will report them for braking GDPR rules, agent said "I'm working for GDPR" ?!?! Stay away and report them for GDPR. Those 5-star reviews are their own manipulation of Trustpilot.

A bunch of crooks. Thanks to them I lost all my investment 5.000 euros all I managed to save was 400 euros and they wouldn't even give it back to me because of terms and conditions b*****t. Poor customer service and bad manners. Horrible experience.

I like Tradevtech so much. Had some issue in the start but with the help of broker, the issue was resolves in matter of seconds. This shows their efficiency and dedication to their customers. Happy trading!

They hung up the phone!!!! I spoke to 3 people over the space of 40 mintes.
Sophia Ortiz was lovely, she did show me the platform however when I exaplained my reservations she was persistant.
She proceeded to set me up with 'an analyst' who was worse. He asked me why I had been on the phone so long and not signed up. I exlained why.
That I invest with people and companies that have much more visibility and transparency.
He continued to persist and eventually he hung up the phone. Hanging up the phone just shows me that this is obviously not the kind of company you want to invest in.
Most likely a scam! I cannot be sure of that, but hanging up the phone after being persistant with 3 different advisors is obviously very unusual.

Aggressive cold callers with complete disregard for your opinion or time. why would you put your money with people who lack the basic fundamentals of customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

Tradevtech is one of the reliable broker. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are great indeed.

Random phone call asking me for 250 pounds, really!

same person called me from 2 different locations, one call was from GRIMSBY and the other call was from LEEDS, calls were made within minutes of each other so unless the guy has a time machine this would be impossible.
generated numbers with no address or physical presence.

100% DO NOT TRUST THESE SKILLFULLY TRAINED CONMEN.

This is a scam. Do not even think about to trade with them. It is impossible to withdraw your money. They do not answer your questions. They are not availabe on phone.

Don't Trade with them, you Will loose all your money

This is a highly regulated company within EU regulation, I am experienced trader and I know that you can lose money, if you wish to withdraw and you are trading already you need to close trades first and then make a withdrawal request. I am sharing my experience as I have also been in position on doing rookie mistakes. As per this Broker, I get nice feedback and updates, extremely user-friendly platform, and trading with the best conditions when it comes to cryptos even better than top crypto exchanges.

TradeVTech delays my request and was unresponsive to my emails upon learning that I wish to withdraw my deposit. Very bad customer services and experience. Beware if your wish to trade with them as you may encounter the same situation when you wish to withdraw your funds. It’s no use trading and earning when you can’t even withdraw out.

Careful when trading with them, horrible firm. Full of liers. I am working with them for a few months and not once I managed to withdraw anything from them. When I asked to withdraw they gave me an excuse to why I need to top up and deposit more before they are sending me the funds. Highly recommend to avoid such a firm and to work with a regulated trading platform!

SCAMM

Do not trade with them because you will lose you money, I deposit money with them and eventually when I try to withdraw to see how this process its working they starting to convincing me to not withdraw, to top up the account. After my first deposit of 500 euros they call me day after and asking me 5000 euros because I do not have enough money for trading they said. When I reject it and made 200 euros profits I tried to withdraw them and I start to receive two calls in a day to cancel withdrawal request. I am still waiting for my money 20 days. When they are answering to my call they are saying that I need to pay something in order to send my money back to me. Unregulated company .Just look disclaimer where are they based. I made mistake , watch out.

Be aware scammers!
they are presenting themselves as a regulated company but they are not.

I managed to get my money back by calling the credit card company and filing for a Chargeback. I recommend you do the same.
Thank god i asked to withdraw all my money as a test and was blocked by my advisor saying i cannot do it!
