I sent my request to the tradewhel and in one-two days sales manager Jastin Parker had contacted and provide commercial proposals for requested goods. Contacted the manufacturer quickly and in a timely manner.

I am from Italy and I have used this platform multiple times to import products from China. It helps me connect with the reliable supplier. I recommend.

As an Importer I found this platform very useful to engage with verified supplier we can talk directly! i must say they have the fastest service in connecting buyers and sellers in the B2B industry. I juust posted inquiry few minutes ago and one of the sales manager help me connect with the supplier who get me the best prices for laser marking machine, THANKS and big thumbs up to their team!

The price is lower than most platform, hence it is tempting. But bare in mind all the other 5 stars reviews here are not from verified users, so i suspect they came from their own staffs.
Being onboard, all the enquiries are fake (maybe created by themselves?), because all the name of the person enquiring and company all not found online anywhere, and it all ends with "gmail".

This platform earns by asking you to sign up for the greatest package to get more enquiries.. but trust me, its all "made up" enquiries. Just go for alibaba, which is more legit.

Our Tradewheel representative, Paul Maguire, has done a great job in securing a legitimate buyer for one of our products, which in no easy feat in our industry. Well done Paul. We have been on other trading platforms for well over a year, and we haven't managed to secure a legitmate buyer on any of the others, therefore, we have decided to not renew these other memberships and just use Tradewheel.

We get plenty of inquiry, lots of customer engagement. The support manager is responsive

Waste of time and money. As a paid account seller i have realized after 5 months that this company is not capable to deliver anything when asked for refund they blocked our emails and not responding any further we are going to court now we recommend to be cautious.
