Kevin updated me throughout my issues on Tradezella and once a delay ensued, issued me a discount on 2 months of my subscription. The issue was then later resolved so overall happy with the service.

This is a platform I wouldn't go without. It's been invaluable for insights and tracking/documenting my journey. And to be frank, I haven't even been using all that it has to offer.
The cherries on top; the platform is easy to use with lots of helpful tips, and they've got an amazing support team.

TradeZella is a very powerful and reliable trading journal platform. The interface is clean, fast, and very easy to use, which makes trade analysis and journaling smooth and effective.

What I really appreciate the most is their very fast and responsive support. Whenever I faced any issue or had a question, the support team responded quickly and helped me solve the problem without delay. They are always supportive and professional.

Overall, Trade Zella is a very good platform for traders who want to improve performance, track data properly, and grow consistently. Highly recommended.

Amazing just peak cinema. Even after i canceled the member they still hustled they way back to my heart. 100% recommend it. If you are starting/outgoing trader this tool is very good it tells you all the stats to improve your knowledge and they even have a free course in theyre system

It is now December 19th and Marl at Tradezella has just now closed my support query. He and his colleagues did not rest until they had solved my issue. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This program felt like a waste of money after trading for 10 years. I didn't feel the need for this software. I gave it a try only b/c someone mentioned the program. So I signed up, and wow was I wrong. This was like taking a mirror and seeing all of your ugly habits nicely organized into a readable format. It helped me understand so so so much more about myself as a trader. I truly can't ever see myself trading without using Tradezella. The trade replay is just nuts, not only can I see my trades on replay but also look at both the options chart AND the underlying stocks chart at the same time to see how I reacted on a REAL level. I was both embarrassed after seeing my reckless habits, but also hopeful that at least was able to see these things. It's helped my trading tremendously and I know it will continue to be a vital part of my trading day as an SPX trader

Good customer service. I know little about file formatting but they walked me through the fix needed to import my trade files.

The customer service is top notch. They're ready to go above and beyond for you. The software its self is very user friendly. I am thankful for my mentor putting me on this platform to keep track of my analytics and journal. Thank you Tradezella for service and providing such an exceptional platform to us in the markets. TradeZella has been an excellent tool for reviewing my trading and really understanding my data. The platform makes it easy to break down performance, spot patterns, and identify areas for improvement.

Support has also been great, responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, a very solid journaling and analytics tool that adds real value to my trading process.

If you are sick of just trading on hope I really recommend. Is great to have data measured & tracked- and the way this is done helps you start to trust your system & hold yourself accountable. Journalling is so important and I have never been a person that enjoys inputting data - zella's auto syncing makes things so much easier. The ability to also track backtesting has definitely encouraged me to persist. Great tech & ability to see where you need further improvement. As a trader I have a long way to go but the difference from when I started to utilize this software - now is huge & if I'm truly honest with myself I'm still not utilizing it to it's full potential, as I do so I know I will see much more improvement. Definitely prefer to spend my money on something that will help me develop a system & the correct mindset opposed to just gambling challenges & trading on hope. Looking forward to next year's progress being even better. Been with them for a few years & they just keep getting better.

Tradezilla's Journaling is one of the best in the game. I had a few issues a year or so back with the backtesting, but now the 2.0 version released and the backtesting has improved a lot no issues and all the features you need. Tradezilla is shaping up to be an all in one box for trading.

One of the best trading journals out there. Gives a trader all the information needed on their trades. Really great to keep track on mistakes made and putting in notes. Average win/loss is a great tool which I used to do manually on my spreadsheet
Too bad they are still not directly integrated with my brokerage. I have no doubt more brokers will be added.
