Undelivered order.

My parcel was returned in error by the courier from the drop off point, I sent the email from the courier to Tradinn to prove it was returned to them. Tradinn keep telling me they are looking into it and will refund when it is located. That was 3 months ago. I email them every week, I don't know what I can do to get a refund.

Not a legit company

I received a coat with a delay of over 2 weeks, no apology or explanation or any form of communication whatsoever. Then it arrived completely filthy and dirty, did not look new at all. Tradeinn returns are pricey (12 pounds from the UK). I reached out to them with multiple pictures proving the shocking state the coat was sent to me. Their response after 4 days: "Send pictures of the packaging and a complaint letter to the shipping company. If you can't provide both within the next 48 hours this case will be closed."
Again, it took them 4 days to respond to my case. That's 96 hours. It appears they are unwilling to help and there was no form of apology whatsoever.
I'll have to try with PayPal to get my money back.

Stay away. Don't waste your money on this nonsense.

Waste of time ..and money

Took ages to arrive - then turned out to be wrong size and possibly not even brand new - based on the marks on the soles of the shoes.
Would never order from these people again.

No refund!

I returned my order early July, and I still haven’t received my money back! I have been trying to contact them, but their customer service is appalling. I do not recommend and will not be using them again.

Bad service, long delivery time, no tax refund

They are (always just a bit) cheaper than serious online traders BUT for that, you will have the feeling of "no service" (e.g. no tax refund), an a delivery time for over 1 week (from spain) e.g. to switzerland (and they don´t manage the customs but let it do the postal services/the customers wich have to pay customs afterwards!!, see "service" above)
Better choose the big river and others!
Not worth the anger!
