We engaged Traffic Radius for six months, but our experience was far from satisfactory. Reports were consistently delayed or not supplied, and our requests weren't addressed promptly. Despite also paying for maintenance, they failed to deliver any, leaving us to outsource and resolve some website issues with another provider all while we were paying Traffic Radius to do it.

Despite their claims of optimisation, we experienced zero growth in sales over the six-month period. After reaching our limit, we cancelled our contract via written notice. No one contacted us to discuss our decision until we made this Google review.

We originally posted the review above immediately contacted us, requested we remove our review and have a meeting to resolve the issue. Yash came out, promised he would do something but has done nothing, not even a text or follow up email. That meeting was now 3 months ago... Businesses cannot wait months hear nothing! Traffic Radius rang every week when they were trying to sign us up. But we hardly heard from them once they were getting our money.

For this reason we are reposting our review. We cannot recommend Traffic Radius, if you're seeking an SEO provider that can do what they promise. We recommend avoiding Traffic Radius and finding another company.

Hired web site and SEO specialists to take over a website. 3 months in, had not even come close to ranking or any of the KPIs we'd agreed on. 5 months in - I changed the website password to see their response. No worry from them, leading me to believe what I suspected - they weren't doing anything more to make website more efficient, optimised for search engines, or even working on key words. Before going with them - we contacted existing clients which gave them good reviews and recommendations. Sadly we did not get a similar experience. We severed the contract after 6 months. 8 months on, they are still sending automated invoices.
