Beware of scammers!
I rented a Mercedes from them. They charged me a deposit of 1500 euros. However, they only refunded 1000 euros. They tried to scam me by claiming that I had scratched the car. Fortunately, I always record a video of the car before renting it, and there was already a scratch there. In the end, they admitted it and promised to return the remaining amount, but they never did. At first, they lied that they had made the refund, and then they completely stopped responding. Beware of these scammers. Never rent a car from them because they do not return deposits.

I rented a mini Cooper convertible for a day for a trip to Elafonissi Beach. it was a very nice drive in a very nice new car. we received very nice treatment from Christos from the Agia Marina office. can be highly recommended.

Hello there! Over many years I have rented from numerous car rental companies. However, this ‘one’ is the best. Because, the salesman (Christos) was genuinely, a down to earth ‘people person’ No fluff, bad or arrogant attitude.
He really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Not only with his services but also with the car we selected and drove. We will go directly to Christos the next time we are in the area.

The car we rented was a Fiat Panda. We chose the Panda because it sits higher on the road. We were surprised by its spaciousness & surprises. First surprise was getting into reverse! Second surprise was discovering 6th gear! Third surprise was how well the steering, braking and maneuvering on the road was. Even at higher speeds. Overall, its a ‘nice ride!’

Totally recommend it. We rent an Hyundai i10 from agency Agia Marina for 6 days between 14.09 and 20.09. It was the perfect choice for us and a good price. Christos was the person from agency who recommend and rented us that car. We was very sattisfied about it.Also he was very helpful for us with advices for our daily trips. He also let us park the car at the airport in the morning when we leave Crete, even though we rented it from another location. So, he is a complete, profesional and a friendly person. It was a pleasure to make deal with him. Overall, a very good price - quality ratio.

I hired an Audi A3 Cabrio for a trip from Chania to Sfakia - Lentas - Heraklion - Chania. The car drove perfectly as one would expect and looked cool. The best part of the service was Christos who delivered the car to my hotel and picked it up at the end of the trip from an apartment in the city. A complete professional and so friendly. He’s a great asset to the company and a pleasure to meet and deal with.
Will certainly use Traffic again.

We used this company as the reviews were good and we read that the cars were always new. Our car was delivered and was extremely old, not very clean and had over 70k miles on the clock. We drove the car for 30 minutes and it broke down! We were then given a smaller car which wasn’t what we originally ordered and the list price was £110 cheaper! The company refused to give us the difference back! We also put 50 euros worth of diesel which wasn’t taken into account! The only saving grace was Cristoff who was amazing!!!! Do not book this company the customer service was awful and we spent the last few days of our holiday messing around with cars which was really disappointing!

We rented a car for a day roadtrip in our hotel near Rethymno, Crete from the company trafficrent.gr and the experience was great. Everything was smooth, without any problems, the car was new and clean. Also the lady who rented the car to us was very nice, she also recommended local destinations, which were not overcrowded with tourists. Highly recommend.

Delivered at hotel in time.
Car older than expectations, more than 100.000 km and not in a good shape. A lot of noises from suspension, scratches all around, right sight seat dirty. Engine failure indicator light up after 140 km. I contact company to tell the problem and they told me to continue drive in this conditions. Whorst car I've ever rented, almost under the minimum technical and estetical conditions necesary for rent. I dont feel confortable driving it and not quite safe.

Comunication very good, 24h available and personal of company is kind.
Price was cheap for august and last minute reservation but not the cheapest. Some how price was a compensation of car shape.

Rented from Heraklion Airport in Crete. Found Traffic through Google and they provided a good quote for a large family of 5. The car was old and had a lot of miles on the clock, but it worked and was cheap so I wasn't expecting a brand new car. The agent at the airport was very helpful when we arrived and the deposit of €300 was refunded quickly after we returned the car. Returning the car was to drop the keys in a small hole in the cabin. I took lots of photos, but there was no questions asked by Traffic, very easy and helpful friendly emails.

We are italian, excellent car and service. There are solutions for any needs of the tourist and the price are good for the offer.

Two days ago we rent a car at Aquila Rythm a Beach for two days.
Very easy to do, super fast, straightforward.
The auto was as described and it was easy to get the key and easy to return them.
Zero wasted time, as one might love when on holiday.
Christie is super polite and willing to advice.
