Love that my speeding ticket was reduced to a parking violation, and it was inexpensive and prompt. The one thing I did not like is not getting a lay person's explanation as to what to expect or do next. For example, I was told by Ticket Pro of the results, should I pay before a certain date, however I do not know how to verify this with the court as my case number does not bring anything up anymore since I paid it. I just want some kind of confirmation that the court reflects what I was told in order to get peace of mind.
