Dishonest and incompetent
I was registered for the wrong event in error as the link on their website was actually for a different event than the one being advertised. A mistake of their making but one that could surely be easily resolved. This was last June.
When I realised the mistake I contacted the guy by email asking to be switched to the correct event and got no reply. This was in August.
I eventually got hold of him on the phone and was told to call back next week.
I called back and was told they’d fixed the link error and if I sent a text message with the details his colleague would get me registered for the correct event. Nothing.
A month or so later I called again and was told to do the same thing. Nothing.
The race I was wrongly registered for came and went with me still registered.
I sent another text message. Nothing.
The race I was supposed to be registered for came and went.
I called again. The same guy apologised and said he would sort it as soon as he got off the phone. Nothing.
I called back today after another few weeks have passed and he’s blocked my number! What an absolute low-life.
In the EIGHT MONTHS I tried to get a simple resolutionI was never anything other than patient and polite. We’re only talking about 200kroner or something, but this level of disdain and rudeness is unacceptable. I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this two-bit operation and the sad excuse for a human running it. Pathetic
