Each module was clearly set out and its contents were easy to digest and retain. Instructions were clear on all parts of the training and assessments.

The T4A interface is a very easy system to navigate and manage. Courses can be issued by group or individual and the results printed direct from the webpage. The system also provides a good visual snapshot of training progress within our business. The students I have asked like it too, particularly as there are alternative language for some of our key requirements. It provides a wide range of courses that meet our business needs in the food industry. Very helpful for audit purposes.

I was so worried about doing this course because the last two I bought elsewhere on different subjects never held my attention and I never finished them. I don't like sitting down learning so anxiety kicked in the day I did my level al 2 food safety course. I needed not to worry within 5 minutes I had settled in felt comfortable and began. First the course is very informative obviously but done in a way that does note overwhelm you and actually becomes enjoyable. The graphics, interactive learning and a sense of importance of the course were laid out in such a way, it really sunk in. Different voices throughout that I feel keeps the pace fresh and nice to listen to without preaching.
I had a few technical problems due to my chrome book being older than my laptop, (pls not use the newer device to solve these issues) the staff are just amazing, confidence building, caring, communication top notch and they are so proud to be doing what they do, it shows in all realms. I passed my course and I do feel the support I got yesterday really cheered me on. Thank you so much, I would and am going to recommend you on social media, I feel for any age your courses are so accessible and now I am encouraged to keep learning. All my respect and best wishes.

Dealing with Train4Academy has been an absolute pleasure. All queries answered quickly, in a very personable and friendly manner by Britnie Hall. It really does make such a refreshing change to correspond with a Company/team member who is genuinely happy to help - I deal with too many who are quite the opposite and leave you feeling just as grumpy after the call as the person sounded on the other end of the phone!! A cheery tone really makes a difference to a working day! Keep up the fantastic customer service, guys and thank you! We will definitely be recommending and returning! :)
