I bought the NCSF CPT package, and it was very disappointing.

The key issue is that several of the questions/answers are wrong, which undermines rather than assists learning. I sent TA 10 question/answer errors based on only two practice exams and a request for a refund. It's been five weeks without any response (apart from the useless chat support promising that the team will get back to me).

The question/answer errors are a known issue, as I have seen this highlighted since 2021, but TA doesn't seem bothered to fix them.

I wouldn't go as far as saying the TA is a scam, but their products are very sloppy, and their customer service is abysmal.

They could have at least taken the time to proofread the content before publishing and maybe even hired professional test developers to design, test, and update it.

Don't spend money on this. The test exams you get from NCSF are enough, and you can trust them to be correct.

The practice tests and chapter summaries for the CSCS exam prep were so very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend for those preparing for the exam. I was only subscribed a month and learned so much!

Do not purchase. I purchased and many of the tests have wrong answers. I reported the questions and they have not been correct. I purchased one month and asked to cancel less than a week later. I am still waiting for the refund.

The website and program is riddled with typos and errors. After 2 months the system locked me out saying I didn't have an account with my email. When I contacted 2 days later, I had already been charged an additional month. They verified my account, gave me new sign in information and initially refused my refund. After continuous prompting, the representative pushed it through to someone else to possibly issue me a refund. I did end up receiving my refund from the second representative.

Was a great study resource. It helped me developed mnemonics to remember key points, and I used some of the stuff to create my own linking-story's in my head to memorize important areas of focus! Was so happy to confidently pass my proctored exam on the first try thanks to Trainer Academy!

I initially failed my NASM CPT when I tried to study on my own. Using Trainer Academy changed everything...the different memorization techniques they used help immensely. I passed with flying colors the second go around and I cannot recommend this program enough.

I loved everything about the product minus the mnemonics. Just wasn't my thing, but I do like that they are accessible for people who can ustalize them. My favorite was the flash cards. I was able to study on the go with my phone.

All the study guide materials were exactly what I needed to help better remember many of the concepts. Just reading the book I was overwhelmed but the tools here helped me remember them and learn them..I was able to confidently pass my exam my first go.

I am still in the process of studying, but it has been extremely helpful so far!!

This content was SO great for studying for my test. I even had to cram study and it absolutely transformed for confidence for the test. I passed it with ease thanks to this content!

I originally got the Trainer Academy to help pass my NASM CNC test. It was so valuable that I also purchased it for my CPT test and studying.
With my package, I was given audio reviews of each chapter that were extremely helpful, as well as practice tests that were based on information taken from the NASM CNC test.
There were study guides that were extremely helpful, and quizzes that allowed me to solidify the information I needed to know.
I also received study flashcards and mnemonics to help with remembering key information and phrases.
Knowing that I had Trainer Academy there to prep for the test also gave me a comfort level that I believe helped with the actual taking of the test!
I passed my test the first time I took it with a score of 87%!

I have not taken the exam just yet, but the study material has been super helpful! It goes into great depth and has helped me understand the material very well!

Trainer Academy was worth every penny! Trainer Academy provides excellent flash cards, mnemonics, study guides, audio recordings, practice quizzes and exams for a reasonable rate. I felt more than prepared to guide and direct the areas of my post-grad certification study. A critique that I have is that there are study guides for Personal Training as opposed to Group Exercise Instruction dynamics. There are interrelations, of course, but it would have been cool if there were an ACSM-GEI study guide but my graduate and undergraduate textbooks, ACSM Textbook for Group Fitness Instructors from the official ACSM website along with Trainer Academy study packages compensated for sure! ACSM-CPT study package goes into very precise detail and I respect that Trainer Academy helps navigate through all my recollections from Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Sociology, Biochemistry, and more! I am happy to say that I earned my ACSM-GEI certification and I am eternally grateful for the impact of Trainer Academy. Thank You!

It has been super helpful to have practice quizzes at such great length that are separated by subject on the CSCS exam to help me figure out which parts I need more focus on throughout the study process for this lengthy exam

Overall pretty good. The information was great but the format was not user friendly if you aren’t on a laptop or iPad. Audio files had to be accessed through the website which made it hard to use while driving - a time I most needed them. The flash card app is great but the answers aren’t very in depth. It would be nice to have explanations to the answers when you complete the quizzes as the references weren’t helpful. Also, a section on how to solve all the equations would be great as that was hit hard on both parts of the exam.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to access all study materials. There are so many options and tools that will work for everyone. I loved the practice tests.

Terrible customer service, the "guides" are literally just recommendations and they things they list to practice aren't always there. It took them 3 weeks to reply and that's even upon my following up to answer a simple question and that's after it was diverted to another "team member". The product isn't what they claim and also it's more frustrating the customer service is terrible. They will try and disprove you and make you at fault. Read the terms, they will throw them at you EVEN if they are wrong.

I really liked the domain quizzes because it helped me know what topics to testify and this package has a lot of resources to help you study and remember the material.
