Product arrived and is all good

Product arrived and is all good. However I think there could be specific video clips for certain types of injuries, muscle groups etc where the product can be used.

Amazing Product

Amazing Product. As a therapist I use cupping for my clients regularly. But the TrainDay cups have great added benefits over static cupping as they pump up and down which improves blood flow into the area even more and is comfortable for my clients.

The delivery was super speedy! Less than 24 hours!!

The cups are NOT painful. To reduce any pinching I would recommend using the complimentary oil they provide which smells amazing and is great. Or a bit of cream which reduces any pinching also. I’ve had no complaints and great feedback on the product!

Only thing I wish I did was purchase more of them! (Which I will)

Would highly recommend.

SCAM you will not get your refund! Avoid

Delivery was great; the product looked professional, but the moment I requested a refund because it was just simply too painful, things got ridiculous. I requested a refund on the 22nd Feb 23 and until today haven't heard anything back. I send dms on Instagram, and they blocked me straight away after I left a comment that they are dishonest.

Scam

They were brilliant with delivery and keeping up to date. But as soon as you want to return the items, they are a nightmare. After receiving my cups I tried one but found it really painful. So I requested a return. I got received an email to saying they are processing the return but nothing happen. I've requested to return the items 4 times but still have not heard back. Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely superb

Absolutely superb, kept upto date on delivery and the cup is superb, it’s that good I’ve just ordered another. Had pain and discomfort in my shoulder for weeks and one session with the cup the pain has vanished.

Worth every penny

Don’t normally leave reviews but this is a great product and comes with loads of bits. Have had for a couple of weeks now and been using it every day. If you’re thinking of getting it, you won’t regret it 👍🏼
