Still waiting on information and costs...... Only have email at the moment

I was very happy when I found your site through a friend of mine. I have been looking for a website for a while to study online in the field of psychology and counseling. I very much appreciate your cooperation and answering my questions in sending the study details by mail and calling me by phone. This made me very excited to start studying on your site at the beginning of next year.

The process was fast, friendly and informative

I have done other courses with other organizations such as yours in the past but I have never found one that is so easy to work through. I am a bit of a technophobe and yet I was really impressed with how well thought through and well presented. One of the things I was impressed with was how there is no waiting for marks or certificates, if you finish and pass a quiz you are 'rewarded' with your mark then your certificate within a moment.

Easy to deal with, friendly staff

Concise and easy to understand. Excellent instructor who was there at the end of the phone when I had a few technical issues. Learnt alot!

The advice on your website and the information on your course was helpful but there was no follow-up from a Career Advisor. This was disappointing as I had further questions on the course and was likely to enrol.

Response was quick via email/phone within 24 hours.

Explanation was clear and straightforward about the courses.

I was also given a complimentary course.

The site was easy to navigate through - the problem for me was the cost of the course and the person who rang me, although very knowledgeable, the accent was difficult to understand.
