I am totally satisfied with this training portal and give full five-star ratings.
First of all, the course instructions are clear and well-organized. All maritime professional courses including Ship Safety Officer training match the actual onboard working scenarios perfectly, which helps seafarers easily understand and absorb professional knowledge.
Secondly, the whole website owns excellent user experience. The learning interface is concise, chapters are reasonably divided, and trainees can pause, resume learning anytime and finish assessments flexibly during spare time on vessels.

Please log out and log in, in between while doing the course because I was automatically logged out once and the course that was almost completed was reset to 0% complete and I had to do it all over.
I was auto-logged out once during the course may be because of connectivity and when logged in back again the course that I had almost completed was reset to 0% complete so I had to do it all over again. Customer support was very prompt and helpful but they could not mark my chapters completed because I did not have enough evidence to prove that I had almost completed the course. Please make auto save options possible during the course so in case anybody faces an issue like mine, they will not have to start from the scratch all over again.
