Products not delivered/no explanation
I ordered train lighting and an extra cable to go with it from this company. Only after pestering did I receive the cable - which is useless without the actual lights. I have made multiple inquires - simply asking for a status - that have been generally ignored. At one point, weeks ago, I was told the 'truck was arriving soon', but no other updates.
