We had an issue with the height of our ceiling and the hanging bar for the light and Jesse did the most amazing job and cut down the hanging bar to fit. if I could give 100/10 I would.

After years of service imagine our horror when we found we had broke a hook on an industrial style lampshade. What a delight to call and have such a warm response accompanied by a brilliant let’s see what we can do attitude. Incredibly rare. Poppy and the team went the extra mile to help us secure a replacement hook. Whilst a relatively small purchase we felt welcomed and valued. How often can you experience this nowadays?

We ordered 2 lights which we loved the look of from the website. One was a small globe and the other a cone shape. Both had a high quality ceramic base and both lights were glass. The cone light is very nice indeed and looks great. However the small globe unfortunately has a seam across it where two halves of the sphere have been joined together. It does spoil the look of it and it wasn’t obvious from the website that this is how it would look. We were disappointed with that given that it was quite an expensive product. There is no seam on the cone, it is smooth all round.
Update- Thank you to Trainspotting for replying! I certainly agree that these are high quality items. We considered returning the small globe, but on balance decided we would prefer to keep it, the seam is not too noticeable when installed.

Great staff. Amazing products

We visited the showroom towards the end of September, where we received a very pleasant welcome.
Having spent some time with the owner, we ordered lighting for our new kitchen.

We subsequently placed a further order on a Sunday evening for some bedroom lights. Monday morning the order was acknowledged and the lights arrived on Tuesday.

Trainspotters worked with me to make sure I was available to receive the delivery of items at a date that worked for me. When I received the packages nothing was broken and everything was well packed. One light I ordered was the wrong version, but they quickly corrected it once I contacted them about it. The quality of the products were great as well.
