Worked with this company on an implementation of netsuite. We provided requirements and access to people but a series of misfires and inept handling of situations followed.
We fired Trajectory and moved on to NetSuite professional services. NSPS provided the help we needed and turned the shoddy implementation around.
Frustrating Company
We worked with Trajectory for our Netsuite project in 2018. The entire experience was a bust from the junior consultants to the nickel and dime approach.
We ended up with netsuite's own consultants and things have been just fine.
