Excellent service. After being let down with delivery by The Entertainer. Ordered a trampoline - Lee was so helpful, quick to reply and sorted everything out so the trampoline arrived in ver short notice in time for my child’s birthday. Highly recommend.

Overall a very well built and sturdy trampoline made of top quality materials. Delivery was next day as advertised and they even gave a courtesy call warning of possible Bank Holiday delays. My only minor gripe is that the instructions are somewhat sparse. I'd guess they are translated from Chinese. They could do with a re-write adding more details and illustrations.

From ordering to delivery and quality of product I cannot fault any of the services. I was called by the owner on receipt of order to notify it had been shipped and to expect delivery. The trampoline itself is our 2 year old grandsons first so the 6' size was perfect. Easy to erect and very high quality and safety features very strong. Highly recommended.
