Good Customer Service

Bought a trampoline directly from Jumpking. This is the second one I’ve owned and the first one was very robust. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks one of the springs broke. They sent a new one within 3 days via FedEX, with no quibbles. Arrived promptly. Really good after customer service.

Wish , like so many I'd read the reviews!
Purchased a trampoline for my daughter who had waited patiently for us to be in the position to buy and install a trampoline.
Firstly instruction are hard to navigate but having assembled a few previously I over came that.
The help line number for expert advice is only available mon-wed
10-4, not prime trampoline building time.
Unfortunately we had a miss labeled bracket, which can happen.
However when I called the help number I was meet with answer machine saying phone lines are shut (as above)
An email was met with an automatic reply saying 5 working days for a response and a FB message read but unanswered.
So I have a partially assembled trampoline, a wrong part and silence from the company
If they respond today I will happily amend this review accordingly

Broken Footpad weld.

I purchased a Jumpking UFO Swing from Amazon for my granddaughter. After installing it, I discovered that one part was incorrect. The company sent the correct part a week later, but unfortunately, the swing was still unusable. A week after that, the weld on the footpad broke, rendering it unusable again. I have emailed three times and left multiple messages over the past four weeks, but I have not received any response. Their customer service is terrible, and I regret not reading the reviews before making this purchase.

Dangerous! Not fit for purpose

Bought this item and so far we've had 6 replacement parts for this swing. The frame is flimsy compared to my son's hammock, floating tent and garden swings bought elsewhere. Customer services sent the replacement parts and spoke to me on the phone after my son had an accident where the middle hook collapsed. They put my mind to rest and explained it must have been a faulty centre piece and explained this has never happened before. I was daft to trust them. I wish I'd have checked these reviews out first! The new centre piece has done exactly the same. This is quite a heavy piece!! I've emailed customer services again. They have tried pushing the blame on our side and explained they have never had any problems with the swing before and it must be something we have done therefore warranty is now not on place. I have tried emailing them back and I've been blocked!

I am not bothered about the warranty. My son's safety is more important! Below are a list of things that have broken on the swing.

Yellow centre piece hook pin snapped which caused the centre piece to collapse falling from a height. This happened twice.

The welding on most of the frame is poor which cracked. This was found around all welding on the yellow centre piece and the feet of the frame. The yellow piece is very heavy and potentially dangerous if collapsed. The feet snapped fully where the welding was, causing the frame to lift and could have toppled over.

The upper black bars cracked where the fixtures were. I caught this in time as it this had got worse, the frame would have collapsed.

Ropes on the rectangle swing snapped!

The swing itself is an amazing idea and my SEN son loves this. Swinging helps his emotional regulation and there's nothing else like it that we can use indoors. It's a shame it's dangerous. It's going straight in the bin!!

I had read the poor rating all looked…

I had read the poor rating all looked very similar but I’m so glad I ignored them ordering by phone at Norwich office could not have been more simple and helpful arrived on time and we are very pleased with oval 8 x 11.5 trampoline.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. 2 Months later I have not received the correct products, and now I am asking for a refund they have stopped answering emails and don't answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

what can I say but shocking

what can I say but shocking. Jumpking delivered a different item to what was pictured on their website. Numerous emails, messages left on their answerphone which they do not replied to. The product is brilliant, the company and aftercare appalling. Hopefully Jumpking will see this and pull their finger out and sort our their admin side and my issue

10x14 Deluxe Trampoline

My experience from start to finish was excellent in every respect. Customer Service is exceptional. Purchase smooth. Delivery incredibly quick and through an outstanding delivery company who were wonderful. The trampoline is exceptionally well made and the quality is fantastic. Bad customer service if something goes…

Bad customer service if something goes wrong. I ordered trampoline accessory kit for our 8ft Jumpking trampoline and when we assembled the ladder we realised it was useless and way too it's too long. Got in touch with Jumpking and I keep getting ignored. Received one email saying literally: "We cannot collect as the fee for collection is £15.00" but no offer of a refund for a not-fit for purpose product. Terrible

Avoid!

Ordered replacement parts. Wrong items arrived, answerphone always on, no reply to emails either. Now have a trampoline we can’t use and new spares that don’t fit it. Waste of time and money

I’d be happy to edit my review if JumpKing actually get in touch and remedy the situation

Really surprised to read the bad…

Really surprised to read the bad reviews on here. We've had a Jumpking Oval 8ft x 11.tft (the John Lewis one) for 3 years and its still going strong. I did have to replace the net but that was due to one of the kids breaking the zip. Customer service has been spot on when ordering parts and communication no problem. Can't see why this won't last for many more years, it's sturdy and so far standing up to the vigorous play of our little ones!

We purchased a jumpking trampoline , 5 times what we could have bought a lesser known product thinking we were buying quality and a backed service…. The reality is something very very different. It has broken numerous times and after emails and messages still not even a response… so please don’t waste your money, go for a cheaper version you certainly won’t receive anything worse than our experience. Awful

Bought a trampoline 6 months ago and parts are already breaking. I have called and left messages, emailed, but no one has come back to me. I need parts and to speak to them about canvas wear. Truly awful customer experience and not even spoken to them yet 🙄

Poor customer service

I’ve owned my trampoline for about 2.5 years. The frame became deformed. After multiple emails to isolate the issue I was told the top rails needed replacing. The price they quoted me was more than the total cost of the trampoline!

UFO swing

Avoid at all costs, long story short, the product took nearly 6 weeks to be delivered. After 4 weeks of use the bearing in the top mount has broken meaning the swing no longer spins. The ropes don’t stay tight either so the basket is constantly slipping down on one side. Put that to the fact the product had scuff marks all over it when I unpacked it and I’m not happy. However a quick email to jumpking and the whole thing is sorted....WRONG....after 2 emails with no reply, countless phone calls to an answer machine and no call back I literally may as well have rolled up £180 and flushed it down the loo...which is about as much use to my daughters right now as this bloody swing.
