Rather go elsewhere where they at least take 2 mins to update the competition website of WHATS HAPPENING!
As per another recent 1 star review, yes the same beef in regards to no disclosure on their site of what's actually happening when the draw date was due & there was no announcement explaining why when the expected comp closure date arrived, that it as suddenly extended to two weeks later.
Yes a rep from the organisation answered another 1 star review here on trustpilot advising that the amount wasn't reached for the grandprize to be awarded, BUT THEN HAVE THE COMMON curtesy to state this on your website where everyone bought the tickets & keeps checking in on man! - why do you only reply to a review someone left on a 3rd party review site & still nothing on your main website you sold tickets from! OMG, very unprofessional, clearly inexperienced. Extremely put off.

Tired of entering these competitions only for the draw to come and there be something iffy about at least one stage in the process. Every single draw has had at least one step in the process that enables the possibility of tampering. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt but it’s been years now and they still haven’t come up with a truly robust system.
FYI, I’m not bitter or disappointed because I understand the relationship between chance and statistics. I was just spammed for a review AGAIN so thought I’d add my two cents.
I don’t necessarily think they’re crooked, just a bit dim - how many people can they expect to leave glowing reviews when the winning ticket made up guestimatingly 0.000005555555556% of the total draw.
Also, the link sent me to the US trust pilot site instead of the UK one. They need a nerd on the team.

Missing Transparency and Appeal
What matters to me as a customer is likelihood of me being a winner. I see most of the winners are from or around London. Data should be published which all areas winners are from if nothing is wrong why not publish data with percentage of winners around each city or county? Just one grand prize with no other prizes bigger pain area apart from one mentioned above. If these both can be addressed it may be worth playing..Sorry I am brutally honest with my own view. Why would anyone do a repeat purchase when I keep loosing hard earned money? We cant sell hope endlessly? We need to accept feedbacks and build something no one is offering. I personally don't find any thrill in the contest. I also fail to understand how can getting someone one or two house disrupt housing market in positive manner? Yes, you may be making dream come true for one or few of them but still its long way to say it in terms of disrupting. Again feedbacks should be taken in positive sense. Website should be more informative and feel appealing . In era of one liners not sure who all would have time watch long videos
. Hope to see a better version of your contest and content..For sure. long way to go... Third party choosing winners fine but most people winning around London area makes a feeling others cant win or have less chances to win.
