New owners reuined the company
Tran-Scend was an amazing company before changing ownership. The new owners do not value their affiliates and the affiliates opinion. When affiliates or customers would inquire about a concern the new owners would provide rude answers and never address the issue at hand. All products are extremely over priced and not worth the money.
