Yesterday I sent 20 usd for the account to be active but it was in processing

I think it was really a mistake on your part, as I see no reason to deactivate my account
On the other hand, I am distressed and I need you to activate my account again. I will leave here my email and my identification so that you can activate it.

There are several people complaining about your support, it's terrible so you don't convey security to customers, these people face the same problem I face and so far they haven't solved it
I don't plan on having this problem much longer.

I have been using transferwise for 4 year now everything was ok no issues leave in Europe,, God to have mercy on your souls the people that left bad reviews beacuse transferwise wasn't as they mentioned.

Closed my account without any reason. Days without contacting me to tell me I emailed to find out why I could no longer log in and it took ages for a reply. Now they are taking along time to return my balance there customer care is no existing. Avoid lots of others are also in my situation.

They deactive my account with no reason and notice.
The help centre in their website sucks.
I offer everything (passport, bank statement, ID photo) to them but they just do nothing. They will hold your money as long as they can. A scam company.

They are great! Except when they lose track of your money and you are left to wonder how to get it back. They are great when all goes smoothly but when you need the support team to help there is absolutely no follow up. A support staff will reassure that they will look into the issue and make thinks right, find your lost money, in my case 37’000 USD, and return it to your bank account. So you wait, and wait, no money turns up in the account, so you contact support again and this keeps repeating.. each time a different person! You have to explain the whole situation all over again! they are very good at reassuring you and sending you off, but pretty hopeless at follow up and finding the lost money. My issue has been going on for 3 weeks and still no solution! The stress this is generating for me is not worth the savings I make at changing money through WISE rather than through a good old bank which shows respect for the customer and has a reliable support service! I previously trusted them but I am now totally disappointed with WISE

WARNING this company have destroyed my business dont trust them , you cannot do transfers longer that a month they blocked my inbound transfers will not clear my funds ,

They have frozen my company's account and money of my clients. I received from them information about two "disputes" from my clients and documentation inquiry. Provided all documentation and contacted the respective clients (they said there are no problems from their side) , but Wise took all the money and all incoming payments from my clients as well. Very rude and unprofessional service : they just closed my access to the system and don't reply to our emails. Don't recommend them to anybody!

I've been using Transferwise for over 2 years and I am really satisfied with their services (exchange rates are great). The only thing I miss is the option to receive payment to my account from other people (like Paypal).

If you give you correct information they make huge problems for you and if you submit fake information then they are happy and you can do what you want

Absolutely fantastic company. Every transaction I've made has completed with no problems at all. Fast reliable excellent service. Highly recommended.

Was absolutely shocked this company didnt have good reviews!!!!! i have been with them for 4 years now! quick transfers, no hidden fees, customer service is solid!

Dreadful, two working days of business lost, made the transfer money back in the bank no explanation sent again after checking all details message back money will arrive tomorrow, next day money back int he bank. would not recommend this company at all.
