This is a terrible company. I paid for my order over 40 days ago and it still has not arrived. the customer service is awful telling me to track the package when the post wont allow that as I am not the shipper. I believe this is likely a scam and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I ordered a cooling blanket. It came from Australia. It isn't cold or even cool at all. Applied for a refund. Then a Chinese company offered me 2 dollars I said not acceptable then they offered 4 dollars. I said not acceptable I wanted the full refund as the guarantee stated. They said final offer 7 dollars. WTF this is totally a scam!

I ordered a blanket from this site specifically because it said it shipped from Los Angeles, California. I did not want to wait a month and a half to get my item. They also tried to charge me an extra $11.04 tax on a $30 blanket. When I questioned the tax rate they refunded that charge. Still waiting on the blanket, it has finally made it to the United States customs, at least.

I ordered a 112 Language Translation Scanning Reading Pen back in september 2024.
It arrived at transit i Denmark in october.
I still havent recieved anything and i asked for my money. This was their answer:
we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. ​
Thats not legal acording to european law.
SO STAY AWAY

I had the exact same experience as Nancy Burton except mine didn’t arrive until January. Mine was packaged the same way and crushed when I received it. The best the company would offer is a replacement, which of course I refused. Why would I wait another six weeks for delivery only to receive a crushed product. Or, they would kindly compensate me $4USD. What a joke. These people are crooks. They are not a reputable company. I will be disputing this with my credit card company since they refuse to do the right thing. Buyer beware!! Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered the baseball launcher for my grandson in early November, 2024. It arrived at my house on Friday, December 27th, 2024, the box was crushed and the tube inside the box was cracked.Unable use, I am requesting either a refund of $47.18. Order # 34827525135. The box was wrapped in grey plastic, not protected by a harder cardboard. My grandson is so disappointed, so am I.
