Best service in London as far as I know. Shaz helped us in last minute. We were cancelled by another company just a day before. Not only he booked us. But he also gave us better price then the previous company and travel was smooth. Trans Coaches will always be my first priority moving forward.

I am one of the family members from the party of ten who booked this company to take us and pick us up from Heathrow Airport on the dates of 3rd August and 25th August. Peter Hart from our party left a review on Sunday 31st August and explained the awful service we received. I read the reply that Transcoaches wrote on his review and was shocked at the lies that they had said!!
Some of their reply didn't make any sense and was completely irrelevant to the actual truth and no connection to our booking whatsoever.
1 :They DID NOT give us a £100 discount. When I enquired about booking them, I told them I was waiting on other quotes to which they said "If you book with us we will upgrade your minibus to a modern bus at no extra charge" (the minibus we eventually had on the way home was definitely not modern) I still have the messages they sent me
2 :They knew before they picked us up that we would have 10 large cases and 10 medium cases. This was clearly written in the confirmation email that they sent me at the time of the booking. There was NO extra luggage on the way home like they said. Thats a lie and they didn't have to send a bigger minibus to accommodate us they sent the 16 seater that we originally booked. Also as far as the demand for doing the job at half the price as they said in their reply. There was absolutely NO mention or demand for money off or doing the job at half the price on our part this is an absolute lie. Why lie about this?
3 :They did not send us 2 minibuses to collect us to take us to the airport on the outward journey like they said. It was a car and a van. They didn't even tell us this was going to happen not even through a message and they had time to do this in the morning before sending them. Also with regards to sending these, they got paid for the journey there and back in full so it was up to them to rectify it as it was their minibus that had the problem.
4 :They were the ones that were rude and threatening towards us on the day when they were picking us up from the airport. The driver assigned very clearly said "If you make a complaint then I will not pick you up, I'm doing this out of the kindness of my heart" Every person has a right to make a complaint when you are not getting the service you pay for.
They sent us a message at 8am on the morning of the day they were collecting us from the airport stating who our driver was going to be. They had the flight number on the confirmation booking and told me at the time of booking they would track the flight incase of changes. The driver called us at the airport after we landed and collected our luggage to tell us that there was a mix up with drivers and he had just received the job and flight number so therefore it was going to be 1.5 hours before he gets to us. We then get another call after the 1.5 hours to tell us he was stuck in traffic and was going to be another 1.5 hours. This is unacceptable as he knew at 8am that morning he was picking us up and would have had the flight number there as it was on the email confirmation and therefore would have known when we were landing. This job had been booked several months in advance.
As for the rest of their response to our complaint it didn't make any sense at all to our complaint and had no relevance at all.
When I sent the email of complaint they messaged me back and asked if they could call me the next day to which I responded by saying I wanted to sort this out sooner rather than later. They called back straight way and they clearly did not like the fact that I had made a complaint which I am entitled to do. I rejected the offer of future discounts because I am very much influenced by first impressions and because I did not receive an apology I told them I will not be booking through them in the future. I then said I will give you until tomorrow to sort this out before putting any review in (which is what they asked me to do in the first place) to which they replied "we won't be blackmailed" and put the phone down on me. we'll don't suggest it in the first place then.
So there we are. The truth about our booking and what we actually received and had to go through. They don't like complaints which every customer has the right to do when the service is not as expected and does not run accordingly and they will put the phone down on you rather than apologise.

Needed transport to Heathrow and return 3 weeks later. Booked a 16 seat taxi months in advance with lots of space as we had a party of 10. Each with a large suitcase and carry on Luggage. This was made very clear on booking.
On morning of leaving 2 smaller taxis from a different company turned up. We had no prior notice that this was happening. A call to let us know wouldnt have gone amiss.
On return trip after a 7 hr flight.
As we picked up our baggage driver rang to tell us he was going to be 1.5hrs late. Turned out to be 3hrs late.
Driver threatened to turn around and leave us at the airport if we complained.
Vehicle was not roadsafe with huge crack in windscreen.
Driver told us we we had too many cases??
At times driver drove in a dangerous and aggressive manner getting within a few feet of the vehicle in front while at speed.
We called a few day later to discuss and we were offered a discount on future bookings. We made it clear we would never use them again. The conversation ended with the manager putting the phone down on us.

Exceptionally rude
I recently asked them for a quote for a 16 person mini bus to Sandown Park Racecourse. The original price quoted for a 16 person mini bus was £280. I then asked for a 12 person mini bus, as people had dropped out. The price went to £300 for 12 or £340 for 16, stating that they didn’t realise it was for the races. I questioned this naturally as I don’t want to be told one price, for it to then be upped by £60 later. They responded “why not”. They then proceeded to say “ don't tell us what to price and not to price” and not to message them again. At no point in this exchange was this level of rudeness necessary. I would not recommend this company, they are clearly cowboys and have no customer service skills. I was completely taken back with the way they spoke to me and how flippantly they would increase the price. You can see the evidence on Google reviews

Don’t ever trust on this people when I book minibus over the phone manager Maz he is very sweet talker send me a very nice minibus photos inside the minibus very nice and clean put the deposit and agree for price and everything the day we travel to attend the wedding he sent very dirty broken seat and full of with stained can’t believe how can he do this when I make complaint and request for compensation he started talking very rude when you booked any vehicle with this company make sure go to see personally and check everything never recommend to anyone.

Don’t Book ever
Worst service ever. Please don’t book. The car sent to us broke down, replacement vehicle was sent after 4 hours and the company kept telling us it’s coming in 1 hour, or 15 mins, or 20 mins more. Despite that, there was not a single apology given from the driver or the agent. Rather they told us that the drivers are tired due to extra hours of work. We had senior citizens and kids with us, and were left stranded on the road. Not a single penny was refunded.
We wasted a whole day and money with these people. Worst service ever.

I wouldn't recommend this company. We had a booking for 15 passengers and two large suitcases. They send us a bus for 13 passengers only.
We had no idea what exactly happened,but I had everything confirmed for 15 Passengers.
We had to travel standing at the back and risking without seat belts on. I wouldn't trust and book with them again.

The admin that corresponded with us can freshen up a bit with communication skills but remain okay and communicated with us non stop up until the day before who kept us assured and gave us a discount which is truly appreciated.
We are happy with communicating with only one person and that him on our whatsapp.

Do not use.
We paid for a service from Reading to Dartford after Reading festival. The agreed pick up time was 11:59pm. We arrived at the pick up location and the driver was not there. Having called the driver we was told that he was an hour and a half away. We arranged for a private pick up due to having a 12 year old with us and it was more convenient. They failed to inform us of the delay and left us outside for an hour and a half. It took us calling the driver before we were informed of the delay. The next day we informed the company of the delay and lack of communication to which they ignored initially and after chasing for a response they then proceeded to lie and blame us for the delay stating the road closures in the area caused the delay. The driver at the time shared his location with us and so we could see that he was an hour away and so unaffected by road closures. The lack of communication and blatant lies when we complained shows how this company is run. Would not recommend unless you want to wait over an hour for pickup and to be told you lied about the circumstances around the delay.
** January 2025 - I received a reply from this company in January which I have a screenshot of and will direct quote below since they have appeared to have deleted it.
“The actual delay was 45 mins. You threat to post a review if we do not provide a refund. This was a festival pick up and you were provided with the drivers information earlier. The road were blocked on most sides so the driver had to change the route that’s why the pick up was DELAYED. Festival pick ups this can happen once in a blue moon. You still got the full service and now just spreading lies just because you are looking for 50% of the money back. That cannot happen.”
- As stated above the delay was an hour and a half. The driver shared his location and we could see he was a hour and a half away. They accused us of lying when we complained about the service.
** March 2025 - they have responded again quoting that they offered us future discounts. I can confirm that I have never received such an offer.

Horror Trans Coaches. Terrible service. Please watch out. We had also requested for a baby seat and were assured multiple times that the mini bus will be equipped with one. Unfortunately we were never provided with one. Customer care is very unprofessional and non cooperative. They even refused to give a refund of the extra we paid to have AC.

Extremely disappointing experience with no customer service
I recently booked a return trip with this company for my family expecting the reliable, professional service, friendly drivers, and modern minibuses advertised on their website. Unfortunately, our experience was an utter nightmare from start to finish.
Major Issues Encountered:
Confusing Communication: I have provided all the trip details to the company. However, a day before the tip someone contacted me to ask for all the journey details again. On the day of the trip the driver messaged me asking for the same information while en route once again, claiming he was not provided with any details.
Unprofessional Driver: The driver openly questioned how much we paid for the trip and complained about picking up our family members from another location, claiming he wasn’t informed of the details and that he normally only accepts straight journeys with no additional picks ups. As if that wasn't alarming enough, he spent about 15 minutes on a video call while driving on the motorway, putting us all at risk.
Lack of Baby Car Seat: We specifically requested a car seat for our 1.5-year-old toddler, yet none was provided on our journey to Southampton. This shocking oversight not only endangered my child's safety but also highlights the company's blatant disregard for basic customer care and safety standards.
Substandard Vehicle Quality: We paid an additional £60 for what we were promised would be a modern van with air conditioning. Instead, we were provided with an old, stained, and dirty minibus. This is not just a breach of trust; it’s a blatant scam.
Inadequate Car Seat and Same Driver on Return Journey: After expressing our concerns post-outbound trip, we were assured a proper car seat and a different driver for the return journey. Instead, we had the same driver, and the car seat was a subpar booster meant for a 4-year-old—completely unsafe for our toddler.
I have sent a complaint to the company to which they ignored. When I posted a review I was harassed multiple times to remove my review, otherwise they will not reply to my review and they will "take action." I asked for the extra £60 we paid and I was dismissed and ignored.
Overall, our experience was not just stressful—it was downright unsafe and completely misaligned with the standards this company claims to uphold. It’s abundantly clear that once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about their customers. I am thoroughly disappointed with this entire experience and strongly urge others to steer clear of this company if they value safety, professionalism, and basic respect.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. Use the many other middlemen coach providers out there to avoid disappointment, risk of losing money and huge stress.
My experience for a wedding in which I was a groomsman at and missed half the ceremony:
- Minibus was late 15 mins
- I phoned the driver to ask where he was
- He gave me a new number saying my driver had been changed / reassigned!
- I phoned the new driver to see where he was.
- Driver had just been assigned the job and was 45 mins away!
- Obviously, we could not wait a whole hour for him to turn up so had to book emergency local taxis and told the driver not to come.
- Transcoaches refused to refund half of the journey saying 'it was your choice to not take the first minibus' and 'sometimes the drivers are late it's in our t&cs'
- The result was that we were late for our wedding ceremony, Ive lost a lot of money, indulged loads of stress and time wasted trying to get a refund from Transcoaches.
If you read this do not take the risk I did and use another company.
