Please Beware - Now Operating as SRN Home Improvements
Please beware - this company went into liquidation in June 2018 and the former Sales and Marketing Director has now opened a new company named SRN Home Improvements.

'Transforming Your Property' also known as 'Transform Your Property' still owes a number of customers money, including my elderly mother.

On 19 August 2018, I called SRN Home Improvements to enquire as to where I should send the debt collectors and was advised that no current members of the team were associated, or had worked for, Transforming Your Property.

I was clearly given false information during this phone call and can prove that a number of staff members have connections to both companies.

It should also be noted that SRN Home Improvements have reported my review to Trustpilot on numerous occasions and are desperate for this information to be hidden from public knowledge.

AVOID!

I recently had all new windows and doors fitted at my property with the aim of increasing value and making savings on my energy bills.

Sadly, the work took several weeks, the quality I would say was a 3/10... And to top it all off, they managed to damage the concrete mantle/window sill on one window. They claim that they are not responsible for damage... Yet they offered to resolve it (as I was still due to make a final payment). They sent several people to take measurements and what not, and I was told "Someone will be around on Monday to get this done". Great! So as a gesture of goodwill, I made the final payment. However, I'm STILL waiting.

The staff will hound you for payment and the management are laughable.

This company is nothing but a bunch of cowboys and I'd suggest anyone interested in getting work done; take a look elsewhere. I'm going to be escalating this to trading standards.

UPDATE MARCH 2021 - Still waiting for work to be done. Can safely say these guys are dire. Seriously save yourself the money and frustration and look elsewhere.
