I have been dealing with CPPS (hard flaccid) for 3 years now and Michael Hodge is the first person I have found who really understands what I'm dealing with & going through. This program is outstanding (I'm currently in the middle of it), and because of it, I am finally hopeful that I will heal and things will get better. For anyone dealing with any kind of chronic pelvic pain issues, this program is for you.

When i stumbled across Transform, i was literally at the point where my doctor had told me that we had come to an impasse and my only option was a pain clinic to work out best way to manage my pain.
I was sore, depressed and increasingly hopeless. Then with Transform, there was not only a coherent explanation for why i was in pain, but a well explained course of action for getting my life back. And for the price of a handful of sessions at a physio or chiropractor!
After 10 weeks I still have a way to go, but my life is worth living again, and i have chalked up significant improvement, and moreover, learned a lot in the process that will enhance life in the future. That i am not further along the road to recovery is because as i felt better, i took my foot off the pedal. Big thanks to Michael and team, and to each and every person that injected hope into the equation.

Vigor helped me to get out of my head and enjoy being myself. Coming to a place of acceptance over resistance and just feeling a sense of freedom. I realised that what I believed were other people's judgements about myself were really just my own judgements and I've began to let those go now. I can't thank Michael and Dr Bri enough for this as this mindset has defined who I am since I was a child.

"I was dealing with sexual performance anxiety and the Vigor program helped me to get to the root cause of the issue. I tried the Mojo program before but did not quite connect with that program. I found the Vigor program to be much more helpful and effective. The Vigor program takes a more holistic approach which helped me to connect with my body physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also did some one on one coaching with Michael which was incredibly helpful. Now I feel much more confident and connected with my body than before. The Vigor program is the program that many men need to feel safe, understood, and encouraged to deal with their sexual issues."

The Overcome Pelvic Pain Program was a game-changer for me. As with most people who suffer from pelvic pain, I saw all the specialists. While I learned a lot and was able to find pieces of the solution that helped me, I never got good enough to be happy. However, when I found this program, things changed. For the first time, there was a holistic approach that covered all the bases. Pieces of the puzzle that I hadn't found were discovered and pieces of the of the puzzle that I had found were clarified. I settled in to do the work and I got better...simple as that. I am back to feeling good, exercising and enjoying my life. I am thankful that I found Michael and his program. It is not expensive and the program is designed so that it is easy to follow. You can do this too!

To all of you who are searching for a solution to this terrible problem - I have had pelvic pain for 15 years, no need to describe the nightmare. I have tried absolutely everything there is out there - including THIS WORTHLESS JUNK OF A "PROGRAM" !!!
For all of those who are still suffering - please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BS !!!
I am happy to say that I have fully recovered through 2 years of daily resistance stretching called DCT by DCT for Pelvic Pain. It has been a tough run and loads of hard work of about 3 hours per day - but ALL of my symptoms have slowly but surely disappeared forever, it is an indescribable and amazing feeling. Now, I am not a promoter or or affiliate in any way mind you. I simply have huge compassion for all of you who are desperately looking for a solution out of this nightmare like I was for over a decade, trying all sorts of crazy procedures and buying into these so-called "experts" that are literally full of crap - including this clown that has created this "program". About 2.5 years ago I have followed this religiously for 12 months straight - and I can tell you - not a single change, result or even the slightest improvement! The sad part is that for us sufferers - us being desperate for a solution that works after having gone to those crazy PT's and doctors to no avail, we find an alternative and try to convince ourselves that it is working, just like the poor guys in this course. I am telling you - if you have pelvic tilt, huge tension in your prime movers putting your pelvic floor into spasm - freaking passive stretching, breathing, meditation, even yoga and all this other crap they teach you here - IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK! When you do what they prescribe here - you are simply alleviating the feelings of desperation and anxiety while trying to convince yourself that it will work... But the fact remains - pelvic pain is a postural and fascial issue - and you MUST use resistance stretching (aka hard work) to slowly release all this massive tension through months of consistent training and sweating. To all of you who are yet searching. I hope you have found this review - and I wish you all of the best.

Michael has impacted my life in a meaningful way. Thank you to him and the team working with him.
Michael steps in and provides personalized support, through video responses in many cases. These happy quickly and are high quality. You get access to all his experience with this program and can ask questions and receive his guidance. PHENOMENAL.
The value here is exceptional. The price at first felt steep, but in hindsight, I wouldn't of got 5% the value I got from this program in 4 or 5 Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy appointments. Especially since ALL the therapists I've interacted with were women and not as familiar with the male anatomy or male triggers to pelvic pain.
Hands down worth the money. I appreciate all that Michael has done to build the programs he's built and the videos he created or contributed to on YouTube.
This is simply the kind of program I may continue to use or refer back to until the day I die. To me, it's the formula for all things Pelvic Floor.
After 3 months on the program, my symptoms flare up from time to time. But I know the Month and Week Routine to go to to find relief. And this, a year or so ago, would been all I would of prayed for... The ability to simply find relief quickly. This program has set me on a path to eradicating the symptoms and issues for good. I'm still on my journey, but the difference is night and day. I feel more confident in my ability to sit without pain, to run without pain, or to even just be social, without pain. It's giving my life back.
Absolutely phenomenal.
Heart-felt thank you, Michael.

This a great resource for anyone with pelvic pain. There is ton of good information on breathing, diet, stretches and exercises. Before I started this program, I did not consider breathing/meditation or diet important with this issue. It really did make a difference and highly recommend signing up!

For nearly 3 months, I wasted away in my bedroom, only getting up to stretch along with
Michael Hodge's videos on Dr. Bri's YouTube ch. During this time I began a strict diet geared
towards prostate health in an effort to ease my suffering. In total, I lost just under 50 lbs. I
began to request referrals to see local physical therapists. I discussed my symptoms and the
limited relief I'd found from the two Overcome videos I'd found on YouTube. Even after these
discussions, I was left on my own.
In January, I decided to call Michael to ask him about the Overcome program. It was the first
interaction I had with someone who'd really listened, and he gave me hope. Hope is something
that was in short supply. I was unable to work, alone in my room, and in between waiting rooms
at disinterested doctors' offices. These were VERY dark times. After that phone call with
Michael, I signed up for the program.
Month 1:
The two most helpful aspects of month one's routines were the deep stretches that taught me
how to really open up the pelvic floor and the meditations that helped me escape the feedback
loop of pain and tension. I hate to admit it, but I've always believed meditating in order to cure
illnesses was total bullsh*t. I understand now that my nervous system was stuck in a constant
state of fight or flight. It wasn't until I began to find moments of inner peace that the pain began
to subside, and as the pain began to subside I found more moments of inner peace.
Keep in mind, I was already on a strict diet. I was also still doing the bedtime relaxation routine
in conjunction with meditating and stretching several times a day. All of these things were
crucial aspects of finding moments of relief from my constant state of suffering.
Month 2:
By February, I requested another PSA which revealed I was well within the healthy range. I also stopped taking prostate medication. And though, I'd seen significant improvements in some
areas, I began to develop intense nerve pain in my legs. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. I relapsed
HARD for about 2 weeks that month. All of my symptoms came back with a vengeance despite
my pristine diet and workout routine. I wasn't sure I was even going to be able to progress any
further in the program.
During this time, I REALLY doubled down on prayer and meditation. I'm not going to preach
about God, but prayer became absolutely INVALUABLE to me. I also began seeing a different
physical therapist to address the leg pain while continuing to work through the Overcome
program. Every morning, noon, and night I would watch as many videos as I could. Until, I finally
found a set of videos and audio clips that worked best for me. That became the content I would
(and continue to) frequent the most.
Month 3:
I'd just come out of a very difficult month, both emotionally and physically. Then, one morning I
woke up with no pain. I didn't even realize it at first. I must've thought it was a dream because I
started towards the kitchen to grab a bottle of water, and it hit me... There was zero pain. I was
also able to urinate with no medication and minimal hesitation or difficulty.
Of course, the stiffness and pain did return later that morning, but at a reduced level. I was able
to continue on through the program with only minor set backs. A few days here and there with
pain and burning returning to different areas of my abdomen, but overall
I was headed in a positive direction.
Where I'm at Today:
I said all of that to say, I'm at the end of the program. I've utilized nearly every single aspect of
the routines, diet plan, meditations, and reflections, but I'm still not 100%. Nor, did I expect to
be. Knowing what I know now about the tension I've held inside since I was a child, I don't think
I've ever been at 100%.
However, I can tell you that in September of last year I legitimately thought I was dying. And if I
wasn't dying, I thought my bed was going to be my prison for the rest of my life. Yes, the pain
was that bad.
It's almost April now, and I can go on a 3 mile walk before the pain hits me. Yes, the pain still
hits me pretty hard sometimes, especially in the evenings. I am on prescription
medication during those parts of the day. But from about 5am to 1:30pm each day, I'm
functioning at about 75-80% of what I perceive to be "normal". And that's a hell of a lot better
than taking a fist full of pills only to waste away in bed.
I have moments where I feel 100% cured, but I'd be lying if I told you they lasted for more than a
half hour or so. I'll probably continue to use bits and pieces of these routines for the rest of my
life as I continue to progress with other workouts and lifestyle changes. In fact, tomorrow I'm
going to view the Next Steps portion of the Overcome program to see what lies ahead.
Bottom line: Is the Overcome Pelvic Pain program worth it? For me, YES! ABSOLUTELY

This program was successful in resolving my chronic testicular pain. It has been very helpful in teaching me about why I was having this issue, including both the physical component and the often overlooked mental component.
A few years ago, I began experiencing testicle pain of an unknown origin. I saw different doctors who didn't have any explanation. Eventually, I was referred to a pelvic floor therapist. While I would certainly encourage people to see a pelvic floor therapist if they can, I didn't make much progress during this time for a variety of reasons. I would be given a printout with a few exercises and was told to try meditation but it just didn't totally click for some reason.
The Transform program is especially good at giving you a routine that is easy to follow while also explaining why you are doing it. Instead of just 3-5 exercises you might get from a physical therapist, there are 20-30 minute video routines to follow along with. If you don't know how to meditate (which I didn't), the program will introduce you to that.
Within the first few weeks of starting the program, my testicular pain lowered a few notches. Unbeknownst to me, my surrounding muscles were extremely tight and creating all kinds of pain. I still had some lingering pain, but it became much more manageable.
The program gave me the confidence that I was doing the right thing mechanically, and over time, I eventually started focusing more on the mental side and the mind-body connection. I started doing more meditation in my own time. I don't remember the exact day the testicle pain totally disappeared. It was more like a gradual process where one day it was just gone.
I'm still working through some other issues - some chronic low back pain and some anxiety, but I feel like the things I learned using Transform will eventually help me overcome those as well. It's all a process, and this is a great way to start.

I cannot speak highly enough about Michael and his course.
So far I have gone from not being able to do anything other than lying down without causing pain and discomfort, since following one of Michael's videos on YouTube for over a year, and now more of his videos in his program, I'm about 80% back to normal, the only thing between how I am now and being been to normal is being able to do high impact activities again.
I'm hopeful that with all the information + stretching & strengthening videos on this program I'll get back 100% health & fitness, in time.

This program gave me a hope that my pelvic floor can be treated. I was in a lot of pain when I started. I did the 12 week program and still doing the stretches. I feel a lot better now. I still have flare ups and minor pain. I know im getting better. At least i have the tools now that help me to release the tension and give me confidence i can overcome this. Michael has been very helpful and very informative through entire process. I signed up for a Retreat program when it was announced, Im grateful i did. I learned a lot about my body and what human body is capable of. I learned how to get rid off negative thoughts and emotions, how to relax my body and mind, how to reprogram my body to think positively. Certainly it doesn’t happen overnight, but i think im on the right track. I think, i was missing a piece of the puzzle until i went to the retreat. I highly recommend Overcome pelvic pain program and a retreat program if you have a chance. Thank you Michael.

I can not explain in words how grateful I am to Michael for putting this program together! This dysfunction will drive you crazy and having a platform where you can ask questions and hear from others experiencing similar symptoms is paramount to recovery. There is not a quick fix for this however he provides you with the tools to understand what’s going on and how to slowly began to heal. I have come a long and consider myself to be almost on the other side of it. The biggest take away I can leave with everyone is to not focus on the symptoms. It will leave you in a viscous cycle. Thank You again Michael!

My pelvic pain is related to a Pudendal Nerve injury I received over 3 years ago. It has caused extreme physical and mental distress. The area of the pelvic region affected has been the 'sitting bone area/tailbone' and pain through out my genital area. It has also compounded an upgrade of my sympathetic nervous system in my head and body. I enrolled in the 12 week Overcome Pelvic Pain for Men program by Michael Hodges and Dr. Bri last September 2021 to get some physical and mental relief. The program consists of stretching exercises (yoga), mediation and deep breathing techniques. It is very detailed orientated. Michael guides you visually thru each exercise and his advice, care and concern for your well being is evident throughout the 12 week program. Although I still have my issues with my Pudendal nerve pain, I am better able to cope with it having completed and repeating the 12 week program. I do believe the comprehensive exercises will help anyone with Pelvic pain issues. I highly recommend the program. Chuck Silvestri

Transform has the tools that you need when facing a very scary health concern. Many doctors and specialists are trying to piece together treatments that don't always "fit together" very well. The Overcome program has it all in one place, which made it much easier to follow the plan without figuring it out on my own. I appreciate Michael's support in the community and the other men who are very encouraging. Definitely worth the time and money.

I ran into a very unexpected pelvic/sexual health challenge earlier this year and realized that I needed to expose myself to new information. I found Michael Hodge's programs and decided to go deeper with Transform. The program's perspective is refreshing compared to other material that I came across. I can tell that he really "gets it," and takes into account the whole being, not just the mental and physical issue at hand. I know that I still have changes to make, but I have a plan and feel supported by the community. Thank you!!

This program has not cured me and my pelvic floor dysfunction period. Not even a slight improvement after a year of practice. My advice - dont waste time. If you hope to cure pelvic pain by light passive stretching, passive yoga, meditation, relaxing into it, and reverse kegels - my opinion is that you are delusional. A full recovery from pelvic floor dysfunction turns out to be hard hard work for about 6 - 24 months. Look for resistance flexibility and resistance stretching like by Bob Cooley on youtube - this kind of bodywork is what you need, it worked for me. You're welcome, thank me later.
The positive aspect is that I claimed a refund and got it promptly which is great.

I recently started this program due to ongoing pelvic floor related issues. I have found it to be very comprehensive and thorough with excellent information. Dr. Bri and Michael are very responsive to questions and input and convey a very caring attitude. The online forum is very helpful in that sharing our like experiences with each other is both informational and supportive. I am still doing the program and have noticed slow, bit consistent, improvements. In that it took years to develop these issues, it will take time to resolve them. Like anything worthwhile, it takes effort to be successful and you will only get out what you put into it Overall, I highly recommend the program and it is well worth the cost

I suffered from pudendal neuralgia for a couple years and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. During that time, I saw various physical therapists and even one of the world's leading pelvic pain doctors and none of them could find anything structurally wrong. A few practitioners started telling me I had central sensitization -- a jacked-up central nervous system. Meditation, exercise, and diet helped but not enough.
I came to Transform (formerly Overcome) in a state of desperation and found a heap of resources in one well-organized place. I followed the program pretty faithfully for a couple months and discovered exercises and approaches I hadn't heard elsewhere combined with a number of things that I was already implementing and finding relief from. The peace of mind in having all of these tools together in one place -- and a community of people all going through the same thing -- was invaluable. Combined with the knowledge that they offer a money-back guarantee, you really have everything to gain and nothing to lose by trying it.
