Scammers , that's what they are .you ship something online they keep on asking for money, insurance fee, Wearhouse fee, stamp fee etc... don't buy their nonsense, they will tell you to send to PayPal or remitly , or giftcards. They are real scammers pathetic ones indeed.
Transfreight was appointed to clear my order from Germany. They were quick in requiring payment for their service. But since I paid their invoice, that my goods have been cleared... the merchandise hasn't been delivered to my door one week after the payment was made in their account... I called them to follow up. They blame the transporter... And the transporter tells me they haven't received any good from Transfreight yet... Going in circles without any resolution....
Transfreight contacted us that they were appointed to make 1 document for an export to one of our UK clients. We filled out the document and never received any invoice. Now 22.10.21. we by coincidence find a incasso letter in our mailbox where they claim they one month earlier have send us an invoice over 89 euro only. We immediately paid the invoice 22.10.21. but the company seems desperate if sending us to incasse after only 4 weeks. Never again will we accept Transfreight to do any papers on our behalft.
