Having recently returned from an organised trip to Rajasthan, Northern India, we feel compelled to write a glowing review about our experience!!
From the outset-when we were greeted in the arrivals hall at New Delhi International Airport by the lovely Kusum Rana-ever professional and efficient-to our departure thirteen days later.

Everything operated seamlessly, highly efficiently and on time!

We are ever so grateful to our driver Aashish Gandi for his attention to detail, keeping the transport car spotlessly clean as he drove us from Delhi to Agra, onwards to Jaipur, to Jodhpur and finally to Udaipur. We were kept entertained en route as he regaled us with facts & information about each of the cities which we visited.
Our guide Singit? in Delhi was excellent-very professional and patient with us as we stopped to take photos-a lot!

When in Agra our guide Naeem Ullah was sublime!! His photography skills are like watching an artist at work!
Thanks to Naeem's attention to detail, both Dee & I now own THE most amazing photos of the glorious Taj Mahal at both sunrise and sunset! Naeem's knowledge of local history and politics makes him an extraordinary guide!

Next to Jaipur-our wonderful guide Singh was a fountain of knowledge on Temples, museums and the Observatory-throughout, he was professional, good-humoured and highly knowledgeable!

In Jodhpur, we were educated by the highly professional Hari Shankar Jangid-tour guide extraordinaire!

Bhupendra Singh Hada in Udaipur was so charming & suave, paying great attention to detail as he gave us a fabulous introduction to lovely Udaipur with an evening boat ride on the lake-such magnificent views!

Upon arrival at each of our destinations, we were greeted with the utmost of professionalism and in a timely fashion by yet another highly trained Trans India Representative.

Overall we were hugely impressed by how seamless and well organised the entire trip was!

Have just returned from an 11day tour of ‘The Golden Triange’, arranged through Trailfinders, but had Trans India looking after us there. In our view Trailfinders is THE best holiday company in the UK by far, and they & Trans India have been partners for 20 years, which says everything. The were absolutely spot on with everything, lovely modern cars, great drivers & guides, they took care of everything, even down to finding porters for you at airports & railways stations & paying the porters. If you have a rail journey, you aren’t just dropped off at a station, your personal guide takes you to the train, finds your seat & watches till the train pulls out, the next guide is standing right by your carriage when you arrive at your new destination. They did not miss a beat in all 11days. We highly recommend them.

Trans India were so amazing - they are Trailfinders’s partners in India. They ensured our wonderful 13 day tour of Rajasthan was just perfect. It was truly seamless and we cannot fault them. We had the most fabulous driver , Mr Singh, who was driving us every day. He was so hardworking and caring. The guides in each city we visited were all superb and highly trained. We will be rebooking - do not use anyone else! Trailfinders and Trans India are an unbeatable team.

Trailfinders had booked our trip and Trans India were facilitating it. The trip was tailor made and Trans India were there at every point, from airports to train stations, there was someone to meet us and help us on our way. The staff were always helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good trip. We went to Ranthambore and the representative was helpful and looked to make our trip exactly how we wanted. Trips around Mumbai and Delhi where we were well looked after and the tour guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and would happily use again.

We are two couples in our 60s who were supported by this tour and guide company whilst in India. We can only say brilliant, fantastic, looked after us with great care and attention. They supplied mini buses to accommodate us 4 people all through the tours various destinations and two separate cars on the narrow roads down from Shimla. They always picked us up on time, drove us to our tourist destination of train station, paid for entry or train tickets and then the guide escorted us and briefed us on all the history or journey instructions. We really felt special. On request they took us to ATMs to draw money which made us feel safe and if we asked they helped us get money change or water. This was very helpful as many stalls would charge more to tourists. They never interfered with shopping bartering but made us feel safe with their presence. All Tuk Tuk’s and Rickshaws required within our booking, they sourced and paid for us so that we did not have the haggle pressure. Without exception our drivers were brilliant Ranjeet Roy, Hitesh Soni, Rakesh and Ranjeet of Leela tours. Unfortunately we did not need to write all our guides names down as we had so many different ones for different monuments but once again their English was brilliant and they looked after us and explained history very clearly, also happy to help take photographs for us. Our guides that took us around the Taj Mahal and escorted us back from Shimla to our train where above and beyond good. We remember one name as he was in my car in Shimla - Shatrughan Sharma. He was exceptionally kind, proud of his area and so respectful towards us older people. Also we had to change our flights because of the Corona Virus and it was a bit scary. Our guide Saurabh stayed at the Airport door until he knew we had our boarding passes. He stayed incase we got into difficulty as the airport was very crowded with people trying to get home before all flights shut down. Thankyou Trans India Holidays for making our holiday so enjoyable and hassle free from Mr& Mrs Trusler and the Walter couple. 🙂

Excellent travel company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book with them again.
