Crate arrived on a very large lorry, may not be suitable for all roads.

From enquiry to delivery Trans K9 were fantastic. Yes, they’re not cheap, but you really do get what you pay for.

Customer service were great at keeping us updated. The crate itself was very well packaged & is an incredible product. Unlike a lot of products these days, these crates really are built to last & protect your dog. Both dog & owners are very very pleased we chose Trans K9!

After numerous tried styles of dog crates for Volvo xc60 looked at Trans-K9 Dog Transit Boxes as struggling to find suitable one to fit with the rear seats upright. I won’t lie it is very expensive without doubt but the quality is outstanding in every way - security re keys and exit from the back is great. It looks smaller from the outside due to the front slopping but inside every inch of space accounted for and my cross German shepherd / lab of 26 kg has lots of room - maybe an extra few centimetres could work in height and still fit but despite this Nancy looks comfortable and I know she is extremely safe.
I would highly recommend the extra money spent on this product -
Also the correspondence with Jeanette re questions - delivery etc was perfect.

The double cage is an exact fit into my 2022 Kia Sportage and is a silent and comfortable ride for my two cocker spaniels.

I bought a double crate that had to be shipped to Italy. Unfortunately during the travel to Italy the courier damaged the product. The customer service was great and kind, they immediately sent over another crate. the product packaging was made perfectly to avoid damage during the travel to Italy.
The crate is well made, it is incredibly solid, it fits perfectly in the car and it’s comfortable for the dogs.
I really recommend Transk9 crates.

Purchased the C8 double cage for my 45kg GSD cross.
Very good service, the crate arrived quickly and very well packaged. Good communication from the carrier company.
The crate is sturdy and looks great in my van, very tidy. My dog hates travelling and paces constantly. A solid, crash tested crate gives me piece of mind that he won't be hurt if the worst should happen when we're travelling.

Ordered the C52 double crate for my two monsters. Within 30 minutes of ordering, I had a phone call from Trans-K9 to say when delivery would be. Delivery was fast and efficient.
Very well packaged, very easy to install in my car.
Dogs love their new safe place, I am happy knowing that they are protected and my car is happier for being less muddy :)

I have used Trans-K9 Dog Transit Boxes for what must be the last 12 years. I have had numerous types of vehicles over these years and all crates have fitted perfectly. From ordering to transport to delivery, all made so easy. The crates are great quality, solid, lockable and easy to clean.

Customer service was first class, very quick delivery and the Dog crate was excellent quality. Very sturdy and good locks perfect fit in my car.

Jeanette was super helpful from the outset: she answered all our questions and shared pictures of dogs using the model we were buying to help validate that it would fit our dog. The build quality of the crate was absolutely excellent and it was easy to fit. Unfortunately it didn't quite work (really big dog), but again Jeanette was incredibly helpful and understanding with organising a return. Although we couldn't find a model to work, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Trans-K9 again in the future, or to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my C56 dog crate on Monday and its been delivered by Thursday lunchtime. Everything was so smooth and simple. I was updated throughout and the staff were so helpful and quick to respond, in particular Jeanette who replied to emails promptly and was very nice and helpful.
The dog crate itself I couldn't be more happy with. You can tell it is so well built.
These are not the cheapest crates on the market but this is reflected in the build quality and as a responsible dog owner I want the safest and most secure way for my dog to travel. I would recommend transk9 in a heartbeat.

Just purchased a C17 crate, customer service was excellent, Jeanette who was especially helpful and let us go through to the warehouse to make sure the size was right for our dog (bull mastiff) bought it right away. Can’t fault the Quality and design of crate and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe way to transport your beloved pet!

Mega happy with this double C31 crate . It’s my second trans k9 purchase . Previously had a single . Quality is second to none ! Service is amazing and very quick smooth delivery, easy to track . My dogs love it , they are very cosy but most importantly I feel they are a lot safer ! Highly recommend 😊

C25 Double Dog Cage - Amazing faultless service, brilliant communication with a check phone call to start with making sure we had the right crate type for our car, then follow up emails all the way through to delivery. The delivery was spot in time and the driver was brilliant too, not minding at all whilst we unpacked as requested - extremely well packaged. Thank you so much. Photo's show the good really visibility through the rear view mirror and a collie 'door stop' stand-in for pup being collected later this week.
