TrustPilot have been asked to remove this false review.

The reviewer (who has a different name) paid Transpact.com £402.99, but unfortunately the reviewer's bank messed up when sending the payment and mistakenly did not put the reviewer's name correctly on the payment.

Transpact.com is an FCA authorised firm (UK Government Agency) and by law must verify its users and their bank accounts to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
With the increase in terrorist attacks recently, the Government has stressed that this has become all the more important.
Transpact.com as a company does not benefit in any way from these checks, and could operate without them, and does not desire them, but the Government forces financial firms including Transpact.com to conduct these checks under the full force of law. If they are not conducted, transactions must be refused.

We contacted the reviewer by email to clarify his bank account information. We provided easy alternatives to resolve the issue.

We then received a phone call from the reviewer.
We spent a few minutes on the phone attempting to work with the reviewer to resolve the issue, and would have quickly found a simple alternative solution if the conversation had continued, at no cost or inconvenience to the reviewer.

Unfortunately, the reviewer became abusive over the phone to our customer support staff member, and started swearing at our staff member, and then without a word being able to be interjected the reviewer slammed the phone down.

The reviewer then immediately within seconds posted this defamatory and untrue review on TrustPilot.
