Had to chase order as it had been a while.Then when it arrived it was damaged.So price was good delivery good but system needs to update to customer more often.Funny you sent plenty of emails of offers but not the order placed.Wont pit me off from ordering again though.

Terrible service, will never use again. I placed an order for some Keruing Hardwood Truck Flooring on 17/03/26. I was told delivery would be 4 days which gave me plenty of time to re floor my truck ready for MOT at the end of the month. After not receiving my delivery i chased up the customer service and explained the situation and to find out where it was, all i was told it is that it is with the delivery service and they would find out what was going on and get back to me. No one got back to me and i finally got a delivery on 02/04/26 but it was short by 3 pieces and half of it was all bent and out of shape. I am still awaiting delivery of the final 3 pieces which has meant that my lorry is still off the road.
Order eventually arrived with parts missing company completely ignored emails terrible communication do not buy from this company

I ordered items from this company on 02.03.26. it is now 23.03.26 and still no sign of items. This has cost me a job as we could not complete a vehicle.
Source another supplier if you don't want the grief.

The order was incomplete and a few of the items sent weren't as ordered. Awful company to get in touch with - I've called so many times only ever managed to get one call answered - the CSD agent assured me the issue would be resolved (early January) - I've then sent numerous emails of which only one has ever received a reply. Of my several issues - they're only ever answered one point. And, writing this towards the end of February - none of the issues are resolved.

I have often said when writing a review that TrustPilot should introduce a negative scoring system as my 1 star review is solely to get to this stage of the review.
Goods ordered, paid for and acknowledged on the 6th November for ex stock material. Two weeks later the courier still waiting for notification to collect. Countless calls and fortunate enough to get through on one of them. Hardly encouraging response 'have to speak to warehouse and will come back'. Obviously never came back. Unanswered emails, voicemails and message vis online chat.
Notification on 21st November that goods were ready (again) and would be delivered by 25th (today). Another unanswered email to ask if this was still the case. Went on online chat today to find out whereabouts of order. 'Need to check with warehouse'....patience run out...refund requested.
Bad in all ways...I might try the UK's second market leader...see if they are any better.
Quick to respond to TrustPilot review but sent follow up email earlier today at 9am and no response

Unhelpful customer service
Order a 2 rung ladder which DHL has unfortunately lost which and is no fault of this company but in trying to deal with getting a new item or a refund they have been slow to reply and unreliable for a call back.
The online chat on their website either disconnected without replies or when I did get to a person they were unhelpful or straight up lied saying it had just shipped when it had notifications from DHL saying it shipped a week prior.
Only when I finally got confirmation myself from DHL that they had lost the parcel did this company try take some action but have had to wait days for replies again and when promised a call back we heard nothing. It took us calling back only to hear that yes it is lost and that they apparently don't stock this item anymore.
This has been going on for two weeks now and they still can't seem to sort a delivery. They seemed helpful at first when they mentioned they can get a new one in stock and send it but it was false promises we waited and heard nothing again.
Completely unacceptable customer service, in the end we have no item and no help. This is still ongoing but had to write this now as I do see a way through other than a refund which I'll be asking for in the morning if they break another promise of a call back.

2 ram bearings were sent different sizes and now I am told the correct size is out of stock so 4 days later I still cannot fit the ram to my vehicle !!
