Dejan tirados a los clientes

Contraté un traslado al aeropuerto a traves de un touroperador. Me confirmaron hora y lugar de recogida unas 24h antes. Nadie apareció a recogerme, me dejaron tirado. Desde transunion se desentienden al no haber hecho la reserva directamente con ellos. Por sus respuestas dan a entender que no es nada extraño que no aparezcan a buscar traslados contratados y pagados. Ni les preocupa ni extraña que no haya ido el conductor. Una empresa y un servicio de atención al cliente que se desentiende totalmente.
