As a NHS staff we have been instructed by our hospital to cancel all work Christmas party’s, due to rise of covid. Trapeze is now holding back our deposit and have provided terrible customer service. The lady on phone was extremely rude and abrupt, and questioned why I made the booking in the first place when I new covid was around. I forgot NHS staff are not allowed a break from work! I will never step foot in this place again.

Unprofessional and disgusting staff
I went there for prom and it was the worst experience of my life I do not recommend this place at all!!!! I was physically assaulted by a female security guard which is completely illegal, I was also told to “go get daddy to sue us” when I don’t even speak to my dad and she told me that because I wanted to get fresh air but they didn’t let me. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional and kept on making sly remarks, my friends forgot her bag inside the venue and wanted to get it before going home and they refused to give it to her until he cried for 20 mins in front of them begging. This venue is a joke and the staff are rude and unprofessional.

Two security guards were disrespectful towards us - they made remarks and comments and being completely unprofessional whilst swearing and making uncalled comments like “go tell your daddy” making it out as if this person was a diva
