Everything was wrong. No proper support. No proper coordination. No timely help provided. No refunds, no re-routings after speaking with the airlines. Why would anyone book through you if you cant provide any support???

Arrived at hotel with conf. booked + paid to be told it was not on the system + could not book me in.
Resolved after almost half hour waiting for a manager to call back.
Not at all what I wanted after driving for most of the day!
Room ok but bathroom very tired +strong odour of damp.
Will never use a Premier again!
